なお、振動子320yには駆動子321y、322yが備えられ、これら駆動子321y、322yと摺動体330yとの間には摺動板(摺動部)332yが摺動体330yに固着され備えられている。さらに、ホルダ38には、挟装部材350yを介し摺動体330yが固定されている。従って、挟装部材350yは、ホルダ38と軸受け331yとの間にあると言ってよい。

Claims (1)
- 圧電体を有する駆動装置において、
前記圧電体の表面に設けられた駆動子であって、所定の周波電圧が前記圧電体に印加されることにより楕円振動を生ずる駆動子を有する振動子と、
前記駆動子を押圧する摺動部を含み、前記駆動子が駆動されることにより所定の方向に移動する摺動体であって、該摺動体を前記方向にガイドするための被ガイド部を有する摺動体と、
前記被ガイド部をガイドするガイド部を有し、前記振動子を保持する固定部材と、
前記摺動体と共に、前記固定部材に対して相対移動する移動体部と、
前記摺動体と前記移動体部との間に設けられ、前記振動子の振動から生じる前記移動体部の共振を防止する弾性材からなる共振防止部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする駆動装置。
