Description
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの引張部材を概ね覆うポリマージャケットの少なくとも1つの表面の上にある材料を少なくとも部分的に除去する工程を含み、この行程は、前記ポリマージャケットの所望のトラクション特性を得るために、前記少なくとも1つの表面の少なくとも一部分に亘って純粋ポリウレタンを露出させることを特徴とするエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面から材料を化学的に除去する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面に化学薬品を塗布する工程を含み、前記化学薬品が2−ブトキシエタノールと水との混合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面に化学エッチングまたは薬品洗浄の少なくとも1つを実施する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面から材料を機械的に除去する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面に研磨、研削、磨耗またはバフ研磨の少なくとも1つを実施する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面を破壊する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記ポリマージャケットが、第1の摩擦特性を有する内側層と、第1の摩擦特性とは異なる第2の摩擦特性を有する表面層と、を備え、
前記材料を少なくとも部分的に除去する工程が、前記ポリマージャケットの幅の大部分に亘って第2の摩擦特性を有する表面層の少なくとも一部分を除去することにより、前記内側層の少なくとも一部を少なくとも部分的に露出させることを含み、露出した内側層が純粋ポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。 - 少なくとも1つの引張部材を概ね覆うポリマージャケットの少なくとも1つの表面の上にある材料を、少なくとも部分的に除去する工程を含む方法で製造され、前記行程は、前記ポリマージャケットの所望のトラクション特性を得るために、前記少なくとも1つの表面の少なくとも一部分に亘って純粋ポリウレタンを露出させることを特徴とするエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材。
- 前記方法が、前記少なくとも1つの表面から材料を化学的に除去する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材。
- 前記方法が、前記少なくとも1つの表面に化学薬品を塗布する工程を含み、前記化学薬品が2−ブトキシエタノールと水との混合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材。
- 前記方法が、前記少なくとも1つの表面に化学エッチングまたは薬品洗浄の少なくとも一方を実施する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材。
- 前記方法が、前記少なくとも1つの表面から材料を機械的に除去する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材。
- 前記方法が、前記少なくとも1つの表面に研磨、研削、磨耗またはバフ研磨の少なくとも1つを実施する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材。
- 前記方法が、前記少なくとも1つの表面を破壊する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材。
- 前記ポリマージャケットが、第1の摩擦特性を有する内側層と、第1の摩擦特性とは異なる第2の摩擦特性を有する表面層と、を備え、
前記材料を少なくとも部分的に除去する工程が、前記内側層の少なくとも一部を少なくとも部分的に露出させることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材。 - 少なくとも1つの引張部材を提供し、
前記少なくとも1つの引張部材を概ね覆うようにポリマージャケットを施し、このポリマージャケットはアミドリッチ表面層を形成し、
前記ポリマージャケットの所望のトラクション特性を得るために、前記アミドリッチ表面層を少なくとも部分的に除去して表面に亘って純粋ポリウレタンを露出させることを含むことを特徴とするエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。 - 前記アミドリッチ表面層を前記表面の全体に亘って除去して、前記表面の全体に亘って前記純粋ポリウレタンを露出させることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記表面が平滑であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記表面の少なくとも一部が粗いことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のエレベーターシステムに使用する荷重支持部材の製造方法。
