Description
実施の形態1.
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1による磁気式位置センサの軸線に沿う断面図、図2は図1のII−II線に沿う断面図である。図において、ケース1は、円筒部1aと、円筒部1aの軸方向両端部に設けられた第1及び第2の円板部1b,1cとを有している。円板部1b,1cの中央には、それぞれ軸支持孔1d,1eが設けられている。
次に、図5はこの発明の実施の形態2による磁気式位置センサの軸線に沿う断面図、図6は図5のVI−VI線に沿う断面図、図7は図6の磁石ユニットが軸周りに45°回転された状態を示す断面図である。
さらにまた、実施の形態1、2では、検出ユニット7を固定し、磁石ユニット8を測定対象物とともに変位可能としたが、逆であってもよい。
また、第1及び第2の磁石側コア9,10,16,17は、必ずしも分割されていなくてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 検出ギャップを挟んで軸方向に並べて配置された円筒状の第1及び第2の検出側コアと、上記第1及び第2の検出側コアの周方向に互いに間隔をおいて上記検出ギャップに配置され、上記検出ギャップを通過する磁束を検出する複数の磁気検出素子とを有する筒状の検出ユニット、及び
磁石側コアと、上記磁石側コアに結合された直方体状の永久磁石とを有し、測定対象物の変位に伴って上記検出ユニットに対して相対的に軸方向へ変位可能かつ軸周りに回転可能に上記検出ユニット内に設けられ、向きが異なる複数の磁束ループを上記第1及び第2の検出側コアとの間に発生する磁石ユニット
を備えている磁気式位置センサ。 - 上記磁気検出素子は、第1の磁気検出素子と、上記第1の磁気検出素子に対して軸周りに90°ずらして配置された第2の磁気検出素子とを含み、
上記永久磁石は、第1の永久磁石と、上記第1の永久磁石の裏側に配置された第2の永久磁石とを含む請求項1記載の磁気式位置センサ。 - 上記磁気検出素子は、軸周りに120°ずつずらして配置された第1ないし第3の磁気検出素子を含む請求項1記載の磁気式位置センサ。
- 上記磁気検出素子からの信号を加算し、その加算結果に基づいて上記測定対象物の位置を測定する測定部をさらに備えている請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の磁気式位置センサ。
- 上記磁気検出素子からの信号の平均値を求め、その平均値に基づいて上記測定対象物の位置を測定する測定部をさらに備えている請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の磁気式位置センサ。
