Claims (11)
- 一列に配置される複数の発光ダイオード(Light Emitting Diode:LED)を含む光源発生手段と、
溝が形成される光入射面と溝が形成される光導向面を含み、当該溝が形成される光入射面は前記複数のLEDからの光を伝送し、当該溝が形成される光導向面は入射光の伝播方向を変更するライトガイドと、
前記ライトガイドを覆う拡散手段であって、前記ライトガイドと前記拡散手段との間にルーズ媒体(Loose Medium)が設けられる拡散手段と、
を有する、
チューブ型LED光源。 - 前記溝が形成される光入射面の断面は、円形、楕円形、或いは、多角形である、
請求項1に記載のチューブ型LED光源。 - 前記溝が形成される光導向面の溝は、前記複数のLEDとアラインされ、前記溝が形成される光導向面は、V状、U状又は波状の断面である、
請求項1に記載のチューブ型LED光源。 - 前記複数のLEDは、ベースに形成され、前記複数のLEDと前記ベースとの間には、反射層が設置される、
請求項1に記載のチューブ型LED光源。 - 前記光源発生手段の外部に設置される放熱体を更に含む
請求項1に記載のチューブ型LED光源。 - 前記拡散手段は、前記拡散手段の光入射面内に設けられるパターンを更に含み、前記光源発生手段からの入射光は、当該パターンを通過する際に反射または屈折により混合される、
請求項1に記載のチューブ型LED光源。 - 前記拡散手段は、前記拡散手段の光入射面内に設けられるモアレ(Moire)レンズを更に含み、前記光源発生手段からの入射光は、当該モアレレンズを通過する際に反射または屈折により混合される、
請求項1に記載のチューブ型LED光源。 - 前記溝が形成される光入射面は、ストリップ状の溝又は複数の凹状開口を有する、
請求項1に記載のチューブ型LED光源。 - 前記ルーズ媒体は、ガス(Gas)である、

複数のチューブ型発光ダイオード(Light Emitting Diode:LED)光源と、
前記複数のチューブ型LED光源に設けられるプリズム・シートと、

前記複数のチューブ型LED光源の各々は、
一列に配置される複数のLEDを含む光源発生手段と、
溝が形成される光入射面と溝が形成される光導向面を含み、当該溝が形成される光入射面は前記複数のLEDからの光を伝送し、当該溝が形成される光導向面は入射光の伝播方向を変更するライトガイドと、
前記ライトガイドを覆う拡散手段であって、前記ライトガイドと前記拡散手段との間にルーズ媒体(Loose Medium)が設けられる拡散手段と、
を有する、
平面パネル・ディスプレイのバックライト・モジュール。 - 前記ルーズ媒体は、ガス(Gas)である、
