Claims (6)
- 一酸化窒素を含む原料ガスに、液化四酸化二窒素を含む吸収液を作用させて、一酸化窒素を当該吸収液に吸収させるための初期の吸収工程と、
前記吸収工程の後に前記吸収液を昇温および/または降圧させて、相対的に多い一酸化窒素および相対的に少ない二酸化窒素を含む中間ガスを当該吸収液から発生させるための、再気化工程と、
前記中間ガスを降温および/または昇圧させて凝縮三酸化二窒素および/または凝縮四酸化二窒素を生じさせるための凝縮分離工程と、を含む、窒素酸化物精製方法。 - 前記吸収工程にて前記吸収液に吸収されない非吸収ガスに対して液化四酸化二窒素を含む吸収液を作用させて、当該非吸収ガス中の一酸化窒素を当該吸収液に吸収させるための追加の吸収工程を、前記初期の吸収工程と併行して行う、請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物精製方法。
- 前記再気化工程にて発生する前記中間ガスに対して液化四酸化二窒素を含む吸収液を作用させて、当該中間ガス中の一酸化窒素および二酸化窒素を当該吸収液に吸収させるための追加の吸収工程を、前記再気化工程と併行して行う、請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物精製方法。
- 前記原料ガスは、更に亜酸化窒素を含む、請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物精製方法。
- 前記吸収工程にて前記吸収液に吸収されない非吸収ガスは、少なくとも亜酸化窒素および不純物一酸化窒素を含み、
前記非吸収ガスに二酸化窒素を加える組成調整工程と、
前記組成調整工程を経た非吸収ガスを降温および/または昇圧させて凝縮三酸化二窒素および/または凝縮四酸化二窒素を生じさせるための凝縮分離工程と、を更に含む、請求項4に記載の窒素酸化物精製方法。 - 液化四酸化二窒素を含んで一酸化窒素を吸収するための吸収液を受容することが可能で、且つ、原料ガスを受け入れて当該原料ガスおよび前記吸収液の温度および/または圧力を変化させることが可能な、ガス吸収槽と、
前記ガス吸収槽からのガスを受け入れて当該ガスの温度および/または圧力を変化させることが可能な凝縮器と、
前記ガス吸収槽から前記凝縮器までのガス流路内に配された中間吸収部と、を備え、
前記ガス流路内ではガス通流方向とは逆の方向に前記吸収液が流れるように、前記ガス吸収槽および前記中間吸収部の間で前記吸収液が循環可能に構成されている、窒素酸化物精製装置。
