Description
前記再循環しない残りの燃焼排ガスから二酸化炭素ガスを取り出す燃焼排ガス回収手段と、
酸素燃焼ボイラ設備の機器に対して前記二酸化炭素ガスを導入してパージする二酸化炭素ガス供給手段と、
前記再循環する再循環ガスから一部を分岐させて二酸化炭素ガスとし、酸素燃焼ボイラ設備の他の機器に対し、パージよりも低い圧力で二酸化炭素ガスを導入する再循環側の二酸化炭素ガス供給手段と、
を備えたことからなる酸素燃焼ボイラの二酸化炭素供給設備、にかかるものである。
前記二酸化炭素ガス供給手段は、不純物を含まない高濃度の二酸化炭素ガスを、燃焼炉の炎感知器へのパージに使用するラインと、不純物を含む二酸化炭素ガスを電気集塵機の碍子へのパージまたは集塵機のフィルタへの逆洗に使用するラインとを備えることが好ましい。

Claims (6)
- 酸素分離装置により空気を酸素と他の窒素主体ガスとに分離し、前記酸素分離装置で得た酸素と燃料とを燃焼炉のバーナで燃焼し、燃焼炉からの燃焼排ガスを少なくとも脱塵処理した後、燃焼排ガスの一部を再循環ガスとして前記燃焼炉に再循環すると共に、再循環しない残りの燃焼排ガスを排出するようにしている酸素燃焼ボイラの二酸化炭素供給方法であって、前記再循環しない残りの燃焼排ガスから二酸化炭素ガスを取り出し、酸素燃焼ボイラ設備の機器に対し、前記二酸化炭素ガスを導入してパージすると共に、前記再循環する再循環ガスから一部を分岐させて二酸化炭素ガスとし、酸素燃焼ボイラ設備の他の機器に対し、パージよりも低い圧力で二酸化炭素ガスを導入してシールすることからなる酸素燃焼ボイラの二酸化炭素供給方法。
- 前記再循環しない残りの燃焼排ガスを、冷却により、不純物を含まない高濃度の二酸化酸素ガスと、不純物を含む二酸化炭素ガスとに分離し、不純物を含まない高濃度の二酸化酸素ガスを、燃焼炉の炎感知器へのパージに使用すると共に、不純物を含む二酸化炭素ガスを、電気集塵機の碍子へのパージまたは集塵機のフィルタへの逆洗に使用することからなる請求項1に記載の酸素燃焼ボイラの二酸化炭素供給方法。
- 前記再循環する再循環ガスから分岐させた二酸化炭素ガスを、燃焼炉の貫通孔、機器の空気流入部の少なくとも1つへ導入することからなる請求項1に記載の酸素燃焼ボイラの二酸化炭素供給方法。
- 燃料供給手段と、空気を酸素と窒素主体ガスとに分離する酸素分離装置と、空気供給手段と、前記燃料供給手段からの燃料と前記酸素分離装置からの酸素または空気供給手段からの空気を導入ラインにより導入してバーナで燃焼する燃焼炉と、該燃焼炉で燃焼した燃焼排ガスを該燃焼炉の外部に導く燃焼排ガスラインと、該燃焼排ガスラインに備えた燃焼排ガス処理手段と、該燃焼排ガス処理手段で少なくとも脱塵処理した燃焼排ガスの一部を前記バーナに再循環させる再循環ラインとを有する酸素燃焼ボイラの二酸化炭素供給設備であって、
前記再循環しない残りの燃焼排ガスから二酸化炭素ガスを取り出す燃焼排ガス回収手段と、
酸素燃焼ボイラ設備の機器に対して前記二酸化炭素ガスを導入してパージする二酸化炭素ガス供給手段と、
前記再循環する再循環ガスから一部を分岐させて二酸化炭素ガスとし、酸素燃焼ボイラ設備の他の機器に対し、パージよりも低い圧力で二酸化炭素ガスを導入する再循環側の二酸化炭素ガス供給手段と、
を備えたことからなる酸素燃焼ボイラの二酸化炭素供給設備。 - 前記燃焼排ガス回収手段は、再循環しない残りの燃焼排ガスを、不純物を含まない高濃度の二酸化酸素ガスと、不純物を含む二酸化炭素ガスとに分離する冷却手段を備え、
前記二酸化炭素ガス供給手段は、不純物を含まない高濃度の二酸化酸素ガスを、燃焼炉の炎感知器へのパージに使用するラインと、不純物を含む二酸化炭素ガスを電気集塵機の碍子へのパージまたは集塵機のフィルタへの逆洗に使用するラインとを備えたことからなる請求項4に記載の酸素燃焼ボイラの二酸化炭素供給設備。 - 前記再循環側の二酸化炭素ガス供給手段は、再循環する再循環ガスから分岐させた二酸化炭素ガスを、燃焼炉の貫通孔、機器の空気流入部の少なくとも1つへ導入するラインを備えたことからなる請求項4に記載の酸素燃焼ボイラの二酸化炭素供給設備。
