Description
Claims (9)
- 運動するブレーキ体(2)を該ブレーキ体へのブレーキエレメント(4)の圧着によって制動するブレーキ装置であって、ブレーキ駆動軸(9)の回転運動を、ブレーキ体(2)に向かうブレーキエレメント(4)の並進運動に変換する変換装置(7)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、ブレーキ駆動軸(9)と変換装置(7)との間に回転打撃機構(8)が配置されており、回転打撃機構(8)が打撃可動子(12)と連行車(13)とを有しており、打撃可動子(12)と連行車(13)とがばね力によって互いに押し合わされていて、その結果打撃可動子(12)と連行車(13)とが、軸方向に突出した連行体(14,15)を介してブレーキ駆動軸(9)のトルクを変換装置(7)に伝達するように係合しており、ブレーキ駆動軸(9)の軸方向における打撃可動子(12)の移動によってばね力が克服されて、打撃可動子(12)が連行車(13)から切り離され、打撃可動子(12)の連行体(14)が連行車(13)の連行体(15)を乗り越えて、その後ばね力によって打撃可動子(12)は連行車(13)に押し付けられて、さらに回転させられ、その結果さらなる回転時に回転打撃インパルスが連行車(13)に加えられることを特徴とするブレーキ装置。
- 回転打撃機構がV溝打撃機構である、請求項1記載のブレーキ装置。
- 回転打撃機構がカム打撃機構である、請求項1記載のブレーキ装置。
- 打撃可動子(12)が連行ピン(16)を介して、ブレーキ駆動軸(9)の螺条の制御溝(17)と係合している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキ装置。
- ブレーキ駆動軸(9)が、ばね力を打撃可動子(12)に加えるコイルばね(11)によって取り囲まれている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキ装置。
- 連行車(13)が、変換装置(7)のねじ山付スピンドル(18)と結合している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキ装置。
- 連行車(13)が、変換装置(7)のねじ山付スピンドル(18)と一体的に形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキ装置。
- ねじ山付スピンドル(18)が、ハウジング(6)内において案内されている軸方向移動可能なねじ山付ポット(19)と係合しており、該ねじ山付ポット(19)がブレーキエレメント(4)と結合されている、請求項6又は7記載のブレーキ装置。
- ねじ山付スピンドル(18)のピッチがセルフロッキング機能を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキ装置。
