図7は、本発明の太陽電池モジュールの実施の形態2及び3を示す縦断面図であり、図8は、実施の形態2の太陽電池モジュールに備えられる太陽電池パネルの部分縦断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 板状に形成され同一平面上に配置された複数の太陽電池セルと、前記同一平面上に配置された複数の太陽電池セルを被覆するように板状に形成されたセル保護部材と、該セル保護部材の表面に接着された表面保護部材とを備えて成る太陽電池パネルと、
前記太陽電池パネルの外周部を保持する外枠フレームと、
前記外枠フレームの対向する2箇所に夫々両端が係合し前記太陽電池パネルの裏面側の中央部を支持する曲げ剛性を有する梁と、
前記梁上に設置されて前記太陽電池パネルの裏面側の中央部を支持する支持台であって、前記複数の太陽電池セルのうち中央部に配置された太陽電池セルと平面視において重ねて配置され、略すべての外周端部が前記複数の太陽電池セル間の隙間に位置するように形成された支持プレートを有する支持台と、を備え、
前記梁の両端が引っ張られて、前記梁には、初期張力が与えられていることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記外枠フレームは、その内側に設けられて前記梁が係合する係合部を有し、
前記係合部に形成された孔に前記梁が貫通され、前記梁の貫通部分にはねじが形成されており、前記ねじにナットを取り付けることで前記梁が前記外枠フレームに係合され、前記ナットが締め込まれることで前記初期張力が与えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記外枠フレームは、平面視において略方形形状を呈し、
前記梁は、前記外枠フレームの対角となる部分に係合されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記外枠フレームは、平面視において略方形形状を呈し、
前記梁は、前記外枠フレームの対向する辺同士に係合されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記梁は複数設けられ、平面視において互いに前記中央部で交差することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の太陽電池モジュール。
