Claims (11)
- AlNまたはZnOを含む圧電材料のc軸または分極軸の方向で前記圧電材料を1対の電極で挟んだ第1共振器と、
前記第1共振器と直列に接続され、前記第1共振器と前記c軸または分極軸の同じ方向の電極が同電位となるように圧電材料を1対の電極で挟んだ第2共振器と、を具備することを特徴とする弾性波デバイス。 - 前記第1共振器と前記第2共振器との前記圧電材料を挟み前記1対の電極が重なる領域の面積は異なることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 前記第1共振器と前記第2共振器とのうち、電力の供給される側の一方は前記面積が他方より大きいことを特徴とする請求項2記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 圧電材料のc軸または分極軸の方向で前記圧電材料を1対の電極で挟んだ第1共振器と、
前記第1共振器と並列に接続され、前記第1共振器と前記c軸または分極軸の同じ方向の電極が逆電位となるように圧電材料を1対の電極で挟んだ第2共振器と、を具備することを特徴とする弾性波デバイス。 - 前記第1共振器と前記第2共振器との前記圧電材料を挟み前記1対の電極が重なる領域の面積は略一致することを特徴とする請求項4記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 前記第1共振器および前記第2共振器は1/2λ厚み共振を使用した共振器であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 前記圧電材料はAlNまたはZnOを含むことを特徴とする請求項4または5のいずれか一項記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載の弾性波デバイスを具備するフィルタ。
- 入力端子および出力端子を具備し、
前記弾性波デバイスは前記入力端子および前記出力端子の少なくとも一方に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載のフィルタ。 - 前記弾性波デバイスはラダー型フィルタ内の隣接するノード間またはノードと端子間に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載のフィルタ。
- 共通端子に接続する第1フィルタと、前記共通端子に接続する第2フィルタとを具備し、前記第1フィルタおよび前記第2フィルタの少なくとも一方は請求項8から10のいずれか一項記載のフィルタであることを特徴とする分波器。
