Claims (9)
- 中央帯板(14;42)を具備し、2枚の矢板(12)の止め金部分(30)を左右逆さに引っ掛けるための同一の2個のフック(16;44)が、前記中央帯板から互いに反対向きの主接続方向(X,Y)に突出し、フック(16;44)のフック部分(24)が互いに左右逆さに延在している、矢板を相互連結するための一定横断面の連結形材において、
両フック(16;44)のフック部分(24)に係合する止め金部分(30)が主接続方向(X,Y)に沿って互いに最大間隔を有するときに、連結形材(10;40)に取付けられた矢板(12)の主接続方向(X,Y)が共通の一平面(E)内にほぼ延在するように、左側フック(16;44)のフック部分(24)の内側面が描く半円の中心が、主接続方向(X,Y)より下に位置しており、他方、右側フック(16;44)のフック部分(24)の内側面が描く半円の中心が、主接続方向(X,Y)より上に位置して、フック全体で見て、両フック(16;44)が中央帯板(14;42)上で主接続方向(X,Y)と直角の方向に互いにずれていることを特徴とする連結形材。 - 中央帯板(42)が両フックの内の一方のフック(44)を越えて延長して、フック帯板(46)を形成し、このフック帯板がその自由端にフック状の接続部分(48)を備え、この接続部分が上記一方のフック(44)の方に向き、そのフック部分の自由端が接続部分(48)から離れる方向に向いていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連結形材。
- 接続部分(48)の横断面がくさび状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の連結形材。
- フック帯板(46)と、接続部分(48)と、接続部分(48)寄りのフック(44)の平らな側面とが、ラルゼン形止め金部分を形成していることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の連結形材。
- 一方のフックが自由端とは反対側のその側面に、平らな溶接側面を備えていることにより、連結形材が溶接形材としての働きをすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連結形材。
- 各フック(16;44)が中央帯板(14;42)に対してほぼ直角に延在するほぼ真っ直ぐな接続部分(18)を備え、この接続部分がほぼ180°にわたって弧状に延在するフック部分(24)に接続し、このフック部分の自由端(26)が中央帯板(14;42)の方に向き、かつこの中央帯板と共に、止め金部分(30)を引っ掛けるためのくわえ口(28)を形成し、フック(16;44)の両くわえ口(28)が互いに反対方向に向いていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の連結形材。
- 両フック(16;44)の少なくとも一方の接続部分(18)の、内室(20)とは反対側の、外側に向いた側面が、中央帯板(14;42)の縦方向端部に面一に接続していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の連結形材。
- 中央帯板(14;42)が各フック(16;44)の内室(20)に、曲率半径(22)をなして接続部分(18)に接続していることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の連結形材。
- 各フック(16;44)の内室(20)の横断面が楕円形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6,7または8に記載の連結形材。
