Claims (4)
- 特に複数アクスル駆動式の自動車のパワートレーン内で使用するための、ダブルディファレンシャル装置であって、
該ダブルディファレンシャル装置が、第1のディファレンシャル伝動装置(3)を有しており、該第1のディファレンシャル伝動装置(3)に、回転軸線(A)を中心として回転式に駆動可能なディファレンシャルケース(5)と、該ディファレンシャルケース(5)内に、回転軸線(A)に対して角度をなして延びる第1の軸線(B)で回動可能に保持されていて、ディファレンシャルケース(5)と一緒に回転軸線(A)を中心として回転する複数の第1のディファレンシャルギア(6)と、回転軸線(A)に対して同軸的に配置されていて、第1のディファレンシャルギア(6)と噛み合う第1の出力ギア(7)及び第2の出力ギア(8)とが設けられており、
前記ダブルディファレンシャル装置が、第2のディファレンシャル伝動装置(4)を有しており、該第2のディファレンシャル伝動装置(4)に、第1のディファレンシャル伝動装置(3)の第2の出力ギア(8)に堅固に結合されていて、該出力ギア(8)により回転軸線(A)を中心として回転式に駆動可能なキャリアエレメント(22)と、該キャリアエレメント(22)内で回転軸線(A)に対して垂直方向の第2の軸線(C)で回転可能に保持されていて、キャリアエレメント(22)と共に回転軸線(A)を中心として回転する複数の第2のディファレンシャルギア(25)と、回転軸線(A)に対して同軸的に配置されていて、第2のディファレンシャルギア(25)と噛み合う第1のサイドシャフトギア(26)及び第2のサイドシャフトギア(27)とが設けられており、
両方のディファレンシャル伝動装置(3,4)の少なくともいずれか一方がクラウンギア式ディファレンシャルの形で形成されており、
ディファレンシャルケース(5)内ではインサート部材(20)が中央の破断部(21)により回転軸線(A)に対して同軸的に保持されており、このインサート部材(20)は第1のディファレンシャルケース(5)に対して支持されており、かつ第1のサイドシャフトギア(26)に対して軸線方向に支持されていることを特徴とする、ダブルディファレンシャル装置。 - インサート部材(20)がディファレンシャルケース(5)に対して回動不能に保持されている、請求項1記載のダブルディファレンシャル装置。
- インサート部材(20)は孔(50)を有しており、これらの孔内には第1のディファレンシャルギア(6)を支承するためのピン(16)の内側に位置する端部が差し込まれており、ピン(16)の外側端部はディファレンシャルケース(5)の破断部(15)内に収容されている、請求項1又は2記載のダブルディファレンシャル装置。
- 第2のディファレンシャル伝動装置(4)のサイドシャフトギア(26,27)がそれぞれ外筒状の突合せ面(32,33)を備えたハブ(28,29)を有しており、これらの突合せ面(32,33)では第2のディファレンシャルギア(25)が回転軸線(A)に関して半径方向に支持されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のダブルディファレンシャル装置。
