Description
本実施例では、このような冷蔵庫について、まず、略直方体の形状の筐体の一面毎にカッターで筐体から箱体の面の部分を切り出す。切り出した面毎の部材は略板形状となっており、筐体の外側には鉄等金属製の板部材が、筐体内側にはABS等樹脂製の板部材が配置されている。これらのうちのいずれかを板形状となった筐体の部分から剥がして、さらに内部の断熱材であるポリウレタンを外または内側の板部材から剥ぎ取って選別する。また、内外の板部材の間にはポリウレタン中に埋設されて、冷媒が内部を循環する管路である銅管が配置されているので、これを板部材から取り外して選別する。本工程では、このようにして筐体を構成している部品から鉄、銅、ABS,ポリウレタン等の素材の種類毎に選別して回収する。
Claims (1)
- 冷蔵庫、洗濯機、エアコン、テレビのいずれかを含む使用済みの家電類を分解して再利用可能な種類毎の素材を取り出す使用済み家電類の処理方法であって、
前記家電類から鉄、銅、アルミニウムのいずれかを含む金属類で構成され塊として配置された金属類の部品とプラスチック類製の部品とを取り外す工程と、
前記金属類の部品と前記プラスチック類製の部品とが接合されて形成された前記家電類の筐体をそれぞれ金属類またはプラスチック類に手作業で素材毎に選別する工程と、
この工程で得た各々の素材を種類毎に機械的に破砕して所定の値以下の大きさにして前記再利用可能な素材として回収する工程とを有し、
破砕して得られた素材を磁力選別機または渦電流選別機の少なくとも一方を用いて、鉄、並びに銅及びアルミニウムとの混合物またはプラスチックの種類毎に選別して回収し、
前記破砕して得られた素材の大きさが、鉄は70mm以下、プラスチック類は7mm以下である使用済み家電類の処理方法。
