Claims (10)
- 燃焼器(14)で使用するための噴射組立体(31)であって、
複数のプレート開口(76)を含む噴散プレート(74)と、
前記燃焼器を通って延びる中心線に対して前記噴散プレートが斜めに向くように該噴散プレートに結合された前端縁部を備えた側壁部分(79)を含むプレートスリーブ(78)と、
その各々が前記複数のプレート開口の1つに結合されかつ後方に前記プレートスリーブ内に延びる複数のリング延長部(80)と、
前記複数のリング延長部(80)内に配置された複数の中央本体(46)と、
を含み、
前記複数のリング延長部(80)の各々は、前記噴散プレート(74)に結合された側壁部分(81)を含み、
前記リング延長部(80)の前記側壁部分(81)は、前記中心線に対して斜めに整列した第1の端を含み、
前記複数のリング延長部(80)は、第1の長さを有する第1のリング延長部と、前記第1の長さとは異なる第2の長さを有する第2のリング延長部を含み、
前記複数の中央本体(46)は、前記第1のリング延長部に配置され、前記第1の長さに対応する長さを有する第1の中央本体と、前記第2のリング延長部に配置され、前記第2の長さに対応する長さを有する第2の中央本体を含み、
前記噴散プレート(74)及び前記第1及び第2の中央本体は協働して、前記第1及び第2のリング延長部内で発生する燃焼火炎のための保炎器として作用する、
組立体。 - 前記前端縁部が、前記プレートスリーブ(78)のスリーブ開口を形成し、前記スリーブ開口及び前記噴散プレート(74)が、実質的に楕円形状である、請求項1記載の組立体。
- 前記複数のリング延長部(80)の少なくとも1つが、その中に燃焼器予混合器(34)の前記複数の中央本体(46)を受けるように構成される、請求項1記載の組立体。
- 前記噴散プレート(74)が、複数の冷却孔(62)をさらに含む、請求項1記載の組立体。
- 前記複数のリング延長部(80)の各少なくとも1つが、スロットを形成される、請求項1記載の組立体。
- 前記燃料と混合する加圧空気(20)を供給する複数の管状ダクト(36)と、
前記複数の管状ダクト(36)内に配置され前記加圧空気(20)を旋回させる複数のスワーラ(42)と、
前記スワーラ(42)と前記管状ダクト(36)の出口の間に配置され、燃料(22)を前記管状ダクト(36)のチャネル(52)内に噴射する燃料噴射出口(48)と、
を含み、
前記複数のリング延長部(80)が前記複数の管状ダクト(36)の前記出口に結合され、
前記複数の管状ダクト(36)の入口(38)は、圧縮機(12)から加圧空気(20)を受ける、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の組立体。 - 該噴射組立体(31)が、前記燃焼器(14)を通って延びる中心線に対して回転可能である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか記載の組立体。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか記載の組立体と、
加圧空気(20)を生成する圧縮機(12)と、
該組立体と結合し、燃焼室(26)を形成する管状の燃焼ケーシング(28)と、
ダクト(22)を介して前記複数の中央本体(46)に燃料(22)を供給する燃料噴射器(44)と、
を含む、
燃焼器(14)。 - 前記組立体が、前記燃焼器の燃焼ダイナミックスを低減するのを可能にする、請求項8記載の燃焼器(14)。
