Claims (10)
- セメント、骨材、水等を混練するセメント製品の製造工程で混入されセメント製品中に分散される無線ICタグは、無線交信で情報の書き込み・読み取り可能なアンテナ部を備えた無線ICタグ本体と、抗アルカリ性樹脂材で形成され表面に複数の凹部を設け前記無線ICタグ本体を内蔵してなる立体形状の保護体からなり、前記無線ICタグの比重を、1.3〜1.9としてなることを特徴とする無線ICタグ。
- 保護体表面に設けられる凹部は、保護体表面に複数施されてなる窪みをディンプル加工により形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線ICタグ。
- 保護体は、抗強アルカリ性の熱可塑性樹脂材で形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無線ICタグ。
- 保護体は、ポリアミド樹脂材をガラス繊維、無機質フィラーにより強化した熱可塑性樹脂材で形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の無線ICタグ。
- 保護体は、球状、楕円球体、多面体の立体形状としてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の無線ICタグ。
- 保護体は、長手方向17mm、短手方向12mmの俵型としてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の無線ICタグ。
- 無線ICタグ本体は、半導体材料よりなる不揮発性機能を有する半導体メモリ装置を備えるとともに電池を内蔵せずに受信した電波に共振して発電する電源部を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の無線ICタグ。
- 無線ICタグ本体は、半導体が実装されてなる半導体基板を絶縁材料で覆ってなるチップ形状としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の無線ICタグ。
- アンテナ部は、曲面状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の無線ICタグ。
- アンテナ部は、保護体の立体形状に倣った曲面状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の無線ICタグ。
