Description
ポリエステルフィルムの第1の表面上に形成された画像受容層;
ポリエステルフィルムの第2の表面上に形成された粘着剤層;及び
粘着剤層の表面上に貼り付けられたポリマー製帯電防止性剥離ライナ;
を有する、画像記録用ガラス飛散防止シートを提供するものであり、そのことにより上記目的が達成される。
本発明の装飾ガラス飛散防止シートに白トナーを用いてガラス基材に意匠、サンドブラスト、目隠しなどの効果を簡便に付与することができる。
また本発明の装飾ガラス飛散防止シートは、自己洗浄性フィルム、金属蒸着フィルム、防虫フィルム、赤外線カットフィルム、マットフィルムなどを組み合わせて機能性を付与した画像構造体として使用できる。

Claims (4)
- ガラス飛散防止機能を有するポリエステルフィルム;
ポリエステルフィルムの第1の表面上に形成された画像受容層;
ポリエステルフィルムの第2の表面上に形成された粘着剤層;及び
粘着剤層の表面上に貼り付けられたポリマー製帯電防止性剥離ライナ;
を有する、画像記録用ガラス飛散防止シートであって、
該画像受容層が水系アクリル樹脂を含んでなる樹脂層である画像記録用ガラス飛散防止シート。 - 前記ポリマー製帯電防止性剥離ライナが、粘着剤層と接している表面上に剥離層を有し、粘着剤層と接していない表面上に帯電防止層を有するポリエステルフィルムである請求項1に記載の画像記録用ガラス飛散防止シート。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の画像記録用ガラス飛散防止シートのロールを準備する工程;
ロールを巻き出しながらガラス飛散防止シートをプリンタに供給する工程;及び
プリンタによってガラス飛散防止シートの画像受容層に画像を形成する工程;
を包含する、装飾ガラス飛散防止シートの製造方法。 - 前記プリンタが熱転写型プリンタである請求項3に記載の方法。
