Claims (8)
- 合わせガラス内に封入された導線と、合わせガラスの外部側のリード線とを電気的に接続する合わせガラスの電線接続構造において、
前記電線接続構造は、
前記合わせガラス内に封入され、前記導線と接続された封入電極と、
前記合わせガラスとの間に空間を形成しかつ該空間に通じる挿入口を有し、該空間が前記封入電極と対向するように前記合わせガラス表面に設けられた受け部材と、
前記受け部材の空間に挿入する、導電性材料からなる弾性を有する端子部材と、
前記リード線に接続されたコネクタとを有し、
前記端子部材は、前記コネクタと着脱可能な端子片と、前記受け部材に挿入した際に前記空間内で前記端子部材が弾性変形して前記合わせガラスに圧接されかつ前記封入電極と静電容量結合する外部電極とを有し、
前記コネクタと前記端子片とを接続することにより、前記封入電極と前記外部電極との静電容量結合を介して前記リード線と前記導線とが電気的に接続することを特徴とする合わせガラスの電線接続構造。 - 前記受け部材と前記端子部材とは互いに嵌合または係合する構造をそれぞれに有する請求項1に記載の合わせガラスの電線接続構造。
- 前記導線はアンテナ線である請求項1または2に記載の合わせガラスの電線接続構造。
- 前記合わせガラスは、車両用窓ガラスであり、前記受け部材が車室内側に設けられている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラスの電線接続構造。
- 合わせガラスと、
前記合わせガラス内に封入された導線と、
前記合わせガラス内に封入され、前記導線と接続された封入電極と、
前記合わせガラスとの間に空間を形成しかつ該空間に通じる挿入口を有し、該空間が前記封入電極と対向するように前記合わせガラス表面に設けられた受け部材と、
前記受け部材の空間に挿入する、導電性材料からなる弾性を有する端子部材とを有し、
前記端子部材は、合わせガラスの外部側のコネクタと着脱可能な端子片と、前記受け部材に挿入した際に前記空間内で前記端子部材が弾性変形して前記合わせガラスに圧接されかつ前記封入電極と静電容量結合する外部電極とを有することを特徴とする電線接続構造を有する合わせガラス。 - 前記受け部材と前記端子部材とは互いに嵌合または係合する構造をそれぞれに有する請求項5に記載の電線接続構造を有する合わせガラス。
- 前記導線はアンテナ線である請求項5または6に記載の電線接続構造を有する合わせガラス。
- 前記合わせガラスは、車両用窓ガラスであり、前記受け部材が車室内側に設けられている請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の電線接続構造を有する合わせガラス。
