Claims (7)
- 流体制御器内部を弁室と調節室とに仕切るダイヤフラムと、弁室に設けられた弁座および弁体と、調節室に設けられた圧力設定ばねとを含み、ダイヤフラムにかかる流体圧力と圧力設定ばねによる弾性力とのバランスの変化によって、弁体が弁座に対して移動することで流体の圧力が制御される流体制御器において、ダイヤフラムと一体となって移動する可動部材が設けられて、可動部材の中央部が圧力設定ばねの受け部とされるとともに、可動部材の外周縁部に、防振部材が配置されており、防振部材は、弾性体間に介在させられたおもりをケーシングに内蔵していることを特徴とする流体制御器。
- 防振部材は、ケーシングと、ケーシング底壁側に配置された第1コイルばねと、ケーシング頂壁側に配置された第2コイルばねと、両コイルばね間に介在させられたおもりとを有している請求項1の流体制御器。
- 防振部材は、ケーシングと、ケーシング内に密封されたジェルと、ジェル内に挿入されて底壁側および頂壁側からジェルに挟まれたおもりとを有している請求項1の流体制御器。
- 可動部材は、円盤状の形状を有している請求項1に記載の流体制御器。
- 防振部材は、ドーナツ型形状を有している請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の流体制御器。
- 防振部材は、周方向に沿って複数個に分割されている請求項5に記載の流体制御器。
- 防振部材は、円盤状可動部材に、周方向に所定間隔に配置されることを特徴とする請求項請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の流体制御器。
