Claims (7)
- 正極体及び負極集電体が固体電解質層を介して配置されたリチウム二次電池の製造方法であって、
前記負極集電体上に析出されるリチウムを収容するための空間を確保する工程は、
少なくとも、第1の粒子群と、該第1の粒子群の平均粒径よりも大きい平均粒径を有する第2の粒子群とを積層して前記固体電解質層を形成する第1工程と、
前記負極集電体が前記固体電解質層のうち前記第2の粒子群を含む面と当接するように、前記固体電解質層に対して前記正極体及び前記負極集電体を積層する第2工程とを有することを特徴とするリチウム二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程は、
前記第1の粒子群を用いて第1の層を形成する工程と、
前記第2の粒子群を用いて第2の層を形成する工程と、
前記第1及び第2の層を積層して前記固体電解質層を形成する工程とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池の製造方法。 - 正極体及び負極集電体が固体電解質層を介して配置されたリチウム二次電池の製造方法であって、
前記負極集電体上に析出されるリチウムを収容するための空間を確保する工程は、
前記固体電解質層の一方の端面に凹凸面を形成する工程と、
前記負極集電体が前記固体電解質層の凹凸面と当接するように、前記固体電解質層に対して前記正極体及び前記負極集電体を積層する工程とを有することを特徴とするリチウム二次電池の製造方法。 - 第1の粒子群と、該第1の粒子群の平均粒径よりも大きい平均粒径を有する第2の粒子群とを積層して前記固定電解質層を形成する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池の製造方法。
- 正極体及び負極集電体と、
前記正極体及び前記負極集電体の間に配置された固体電解質層とを有し、
前記固体電解質層は、第1の粒子群を含む第1の層と、前記第1の粒子群の平均粒径よりも大きい平均粒径を有する第2の粒子群を含み、前記負極集電体と当接する第2の層とを有することを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 正極体及び負極集電体と、
前記正極体及び前記負極集電体の間に配置された固体電解質層とを有し、
前記固体電解質層のうち前記負極集電体と当接する面が、凹凸状に形成されていることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記負極集電体は、この表面において、リチウム又はリチウム合金を有することを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のリチウム二次電池。
