Claims (6)
- ハウジングと、該ハウジングの内部に固定された軸受スリーブと、軸部およびフランジ部からなり、前記ハウジング及び前記軸受スリーブに対して相対回転する軸部材と、前記軸受スリーブと前記軸部材の軸部との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる潤滑油の動圧作用で前記軸部材をラジアル方向に非接触支持するラジアル軸受部と、前記ハウジングと前記軸部材のフランジ部との間のスラスト軸受隙間に生じる潤滑油の動圧作用で前記回転部材をスラスト方向に非接触支持するスラスト軸受部とを備えた動圧軸受装置において、
前記ハウジングは、底部と、ブラケットに固定される円筒状の側部とを一体に備え、かつ側部の外周面が拡径することなく底部の外底面につながった有底円筒状をなし、樹脂材料を型成形して形成されると共に、底部の内底面に前記スラスト軸受部を構成するスラスト軸受面を有し、
該スラスト軸受面に前記型成形と同時に成形され、かつ環状に設けられた複数の動圧溝を有し、環状に設けた複数の動圧溝よりも内径側の領域が、軸部材のフランジ部から離反する方向に後退した位置にあることを特徴とする動圧軸受装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記軸受スリーブの一端側の端面と当接する段部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 前記段部は、前記ハウジングの内底面から軸方向に所定寸法だけ離れた位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 前記ハウジングを形成する樹脂材料は、導電性を有する充填材が配合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 前記導電性を有する充填材として、カーボンファイバー、カーボンブラック、黒鉛、カーボンナノマテリアル、及び金属粉末の中から選択される一種又は二種以上が配合されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受装置を備えた情報機器用モータ。
