Claims (11)
- 車両HVACの冷媒回路用のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)であって、
−圧力保持管状外側筒体(2)及び前記圧力保持管状外側筒体(2)の一端を覆うカバープレート(3)並びに前記圧力保持管状外側筒体(2)の他端を覆うボトムプレート(4)を備えたケースと、
−前記ケース内に隙間を構成した状態で同心状に配置された低圧状態の冷媒用のプラスチック製のアキュムレータ(8)と、
−高圧状態の冷媒用のフィン付き管(6)とを有し、前記フィン付き管(6)は、コイルの形態で前記アキュムレータ(8)と前記外側筒体(2)との間の前記隙間内に配置され、
−前記カバープレート及び前記ボトムプレート(4)は各々、冷媒ライン用の連結部を備えた連結プレート(5)を備え、
−前記アキュムレータ(8)内には、冷媒蒸気用の蒸気入口(14)及び蒸気出口(15)を備えたU字形吸引管(7)が設けられると共に前記アキュムレータ(8)の上方領域内には、前記冷媒の液体相と蒸気相を分離する偏向装置(11)が設けられ、
−前記蒸気入口(14)は、前記アキュムレータ(8)内で前記偏向装置(11)の下に配置され、かくして液体冷媒から保護され、前記蒸気出口(15)は、前記アキュムレータ(8)の外部に配置され、
−前記フィン付き管(6)は、その端部がねじ山によって前記カバープレート(3)及び前記ボトムプレート(4)内に密封的に一体化され、前記端部は、前記カバープレート(3)及び前記ボトムプレート(4)に連結されている、アキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。 - 前記低圧入口(10)、前記低圧出口(12)、及び蒸気入口(14)は、前記アキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)の中心軸線(16)上に同心状に配置されている請求項1記載のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。
- 前記外側筒体(2)、前記カバープレート(3)、及び前記ボトムプレート(4)は、アルミニウムで作られている請求項1又は2記載のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。
- 前記カバープレート(3)と前記ボトムプレート(4)の前記連結プレート(5)は、冷媒ライン用の雄型又は雌型連結要素を備えている請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。
- 前記アキュムレータ(8)のところには、前記アキュムレータ(8)を前記カバープレート(3)に対して水平方向に間隔保持するスペーサ(13)が設けられている請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。
- 前記吸引管(7)は、2つの部品で組み立てられ、一方の部品は、前記蒸気出口(15)を備えた直管として構成され、他方の部品は、前記蒸気入口(14)とU字形曲り部とを有し、前記蒸気入口(14)は、その上端部が前記中心線(16)と同軸に配置され、前記U字形曲り部は、前記アキュムレータ(8)の中央で前記アキュムレータ(8)の下方部分のところに位置決めされている請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。
- 前記U字形曲り部に設けられた油吸引穴が、油フィルタ(9)を備え、前記吸引管(7)の前記蒸気入口(14)は、ガスフィルタ(18)を備えている請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。
- 前記カバープレート(3)の前記連結プレート(5)は、数個の低圧入口(10)及び数個の高圧出口を備える請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。
- 前記偏向装置(11)は、前記液体冷媒(17)を収集する手段を備え、前記手段により、前記液体冷媒を前記アキュムレータ(8)の下方領域内に流入させることができる請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。
- 前記液体冷媒(17)を収集する前記手段は、雨どいの形態をしたイーブ(eave)として構成されている請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。
- 前記偏向装置(11)は、半球形、円錐形、又は放物面であるように設計されている請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載のアキュムレータ付き内部熱交換器(1)。
