Description
4[Al]+3(SiO2) → 2(Al2O3)+3[Si] (1)
[Ti]+(SiO2) → (TiO2)+[Si] (2)
ここで[ ]は溶鋼中の成分、( )は溶融スラグ中の成分を意味している。
(1)質量%で、SiO2:5.0〜35.0%、Al2O3:5.0〜35.0%、T.CaO:40.0%以下、Na2O:3.0〜15.0%、F:2.0〜10.0%を含有し、MgOを1.5%以下に規制し、その他成分含有量が20%以下であり、T.CaO/SiO2が0.15〜1.05であり、1300℃での粘度が10〜20poise、凝固温度が1260℃以下であることを特徴とする連続鋳造用パウダー。
(2)さらにZrO2を1.0〜10質量%含有することを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の連続鋳造用パウダー。
(3)さらにCを0.4〜5.0%含有することを特徴とする上記(1)又は(2)に記載の連続鋳造用パウダー。
(4)さらにSrOを5.0%以下に規制することを特徴とする上記(1)乃至(3)のいずれかに記載の連続鋳造用パウダー。
Claims (4)
- 質量%で、SiO2:5.0〜35.0%、Al2O3:5.0〜35.0%、T.CaO:40.0%以下、Na2O:3.0〜15.0%、F:2.0〜10.0%を含有し、MgOを1.5%以下に規制し、その他成分含有量が20%以下であり、T.CaO/SiO2が0.15〜1.05であり、1300℃での粘度が10〜20poise、凝固温度が1260℃以下であることを特徴とする連続鋳造用パウダー。
ただしT.CaOは、パウダー中のCaがすべてCaOであるとして算出したCaO含有量である。 - さらにZrO2を1.0〜10質量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続鋳造用パウダー。
- さらにCを0.4〜5.0%含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の連続鋳造用パウダー。
- さらにSrOを5.0%以下に規制することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の連続鋳造用パウダー。
