Description
適当なクリーンルーム内で行うことにより、第1及び第2のフイルム容器の内面および外面をクリーンに維持して、格納作業を終了することが出来るが、空気の脱気と開放部のヒートシールという作業を2度に亘って行う必要があり、作業コストが割高である。
日本ポリエチレン社製「ノバテック LC560」(MFR:3.5g/10min、密度:0.926g/cm3)
日本ポリエチレン社製「ハーモレックス NF464N」(MFR:2.0g/10min、密度:0.918g/cm3)
三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス社製「ノバミッド 2430J」(6/6・6共重合ナイロン)(MFR:4.5g/10min、密度:1.13g/cm3)
三洋化成工業社製「ペレスタット230」(ポリエーテル型高分子型帯電防止剤)
三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス社製「2420AMT」(シリカ含量15重量%の6/6・6共重合ナイロン組成物)(MFR:3.5g/10min、密度:1.28g/cm3)
3層共押出し環状ダイを使用した共押出しインフレーション法の空冷法により、表1に示す層構成を有し、厚さ0.1mm、幅450mmの積層フイルムを得た。ダイ温度は240℃、空冷温度は15〜30℃、巻取り速度は7.2m/min.とした。
実施例1において、外層として、ポリアミド(79重量%)、永久帯電防止剤(15重量%)、アンチブロッキング剤(6重量)の組成物を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして包装容器用積層フイルムを得た。実施例1と同様に、剥れ代(13)は中間層に密着した状態ではあるが、容易にめくることが出来、外層は剥れ代(13)を利用して容易に剥離することが出来た。

Claims (3)
- 共押出しインフレーション法にて得られた積層フイルムを加工して包装容器用積層フイルムを製造する方法であって、上記の積層フイルムは2層以上から成り且つ平坦に折り畳まれて帯状に形成され、最外層はガスバリヤ性樹脂にて構成され、最内層はヒートシール性樹脂にて構成され(但し、最外層と隣接する内層はヒートシールの際にガスバリヤ性樹脂と非溶性の熱可塑性樹脂にて構成され)、上記の加工において、積層フイルムの長手方向に沿った両端縁または両端近傍の最外層を切断し且つ当該切断線に沿って一定幅で剥離加工して成る一条の剥れ代をそれぞれ形成することを特徴とする包装容器用積層フイルムの製造方法。
- 左右の一条の剥れ代の内側に相当する位置において最内層に剥れ代に沿って一条のヒートシール部をそれぞれ設ける請求項1に記載の包装容器用積層フイルムの製造方法。
- 積層フイルムは3層から成り、最外層がポリアミド、中間層が低密度ポリエチレン、最内層が低密度ポリエチレンと線状低密度ポリエチレンとの組成物にて構成され、中間層および最内層の構成樹脂には永久帯電防止剤が配合されている請求項1又は2に記載の包装容器用積層フイルムの製造方法。
