Description
The present invention relates to an antistatic method and apparatus for metal equipment, for example, suitable for producing a large amount of a porous polymer web. The polymer solution is charged by high voltage or accompanied by centrifugal force. In particular, the present invention relates to an antistatic method and apparatus for metal equipment that is charged by itself in an electrostatic environment in which electrospinning is performed as a polymer fiber or that is charged by an electrostatic environment created by an electrospinning system.
By the way, the present inventors are conducting research and development for practical use of the electrospinning method. With reference to the embodiment of the present invention, the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and the example shown in FIG. In this way, the
However, during various experiments, in electrospinning using the
In order to cope with the charging of such metal equipment, the insulating case surrounding the high-voltage discharge part is charged, but this insulation case is electrically short-circuited to the metal chassis of the high-voltage discharge part by an antistatic mechanism. In addition to the grounding method for releasing the charged charges to the metal chassis (see, for example, Patent Document 3) and when the reticle surface is slid on the surface of a sponge or the like, the reticle is gradually charged. It is conceivable to adopt a general grounding method such as a grounding method (for example, refer to Patent Document 4) in which a charged charge is released to the ground by being electrically connected to the ground.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, the experiment was performed by electrically connecting the motor b to the ground i by the ground wire h having an appropriate resistance g. However, with such a grounding method, the charged electric charge of the motor b is eliminated. Although there was a lightning abnormal discharge to the motor b from a member applying a high voltage of 1 kV to 100 kV for electrospinning, the IC in the electronic circuit of the position detection means f was destroyed. A new problem has arisen.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in order to electrospin a polymer solution as a polymer fiber by charge induction by high voltage, this electrospinning system performs electrospinning. It is characterized by keeping the metal device in an uncharged state by applying an alternating voltage.
According to such a feature, the metal equipment is located in the vicinity of the electrospinning system for electrospinning polymer fibers such as filaments, fine particles, and powder with charge induction by high voltage, and is charged by itself. Or, the metal device is charged by the electrostatic environment created by the electrospinning system, but the metal device is kept in an uncharged state by neutralizing or removing the charge by applying an AC voltage, and also in a non-grounded state. As a result, there is no reverse discharge from the electrospinning system.
Such a method is located in the vicinity of the electrospinning system in which the polymer solution is electrospun as a polymer fiber by charge induction by high voltage according to the eighth aspect of the present invention, and is charged by itself or A metal comprising a metal device charged by an electrostatic environment created by an electrospinning system, and provided with voltage applying means for applying an AC voltage to the metal device to keep the metal device in an uncharged state Realized by an antistatic device for manufacturing equipment.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the charge induction by the high voltage, the polymer solution is accompanied by centrifugal force during rotation due to the transmission from the motor of the drilling cylinder containing the polymer solution. According to such a feature, the motor, which is a metal device, is located in the vicinity of an electrospinning system for electrospinning a polymer fiber such as a filament with a charge induction by a high voltage and a centrifugal force by the rotation of a drilling cylinder. Depending on the type of transmission means to the perforated cylinder, it is charged by itself, and charged by the electrostatic environment created by the electrospinning system, but the motor is neutralized or charged by applying an AC voltage. It is neutralized and kept in an uncharged state, and is not subjected to reverse discharge from the electrospinning system due to the non-ground state.
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, such a method is accompanied by centrifugal force at the time of rotation due to transmission from the motor of the perforated cylinder containing the polymer solution in addition to the charge induction by the high voltage by the polymer solution. A metal device which is a motor which is at least self-charged and is located in the vicinity of an electrospinning system for electrospinning as a polymer fiber from a small hole of the perforated cylinder, and an AC voltage is applied to the motor as the metal device. This is realized by an antistatic device for metal equipment, which is provided with a voltage applying means for applying and applying voltage to keep the motor in an uncharged state.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, at least electrospinning is performed to move the electrospinning system for electrospinning by a moving mechanism while electrospinning a polymer solution as a polymer fiber by charge induction by high voltage. An anti-static method for a metal device that prevents charging of a metal device, which is a moving mechanism that is charged by the electrostatic environment created by the system, wherein the moving mechanism is uncharged by applying an AC voltage to the moving mechanism. It is characterized by keeping.
According to such a feature, by moving the electrospinning system by the moving mechanism, it becomes possible to supply the polymer fiber that the electrospinning system electrospins to a wide area. In the vicinity of an electrospinning system that electrospins polymer fibers such as filaments, fine particles, and powders with charge induction by high voltage, and at least the electrostatic environment created by the electrospinning system causes motors, ball screws, etc. Depending on the type of transmission system, the metal device is charged and charged by itself. However, the moving mechanism is neutralized or neutralized by applying an AC voltage, and is kept uncharged. By being in the state, there is no reverse discharge from the electrospinning system.
Such a method is used to move an electrospinning system for electrospinning a polymer solution as a polymer fiber by charge induction by a high voltage according to the tenth aspect of the present invention by linking with the electrospinning system. A metal device that is a moving mechanism that is charged by at least the electrostatic environment created by the electrospinning system, and that the moving mechanism is maintained in an uncharged state by applying an AC voltage to the moving mechanism as the metal device. Realized by the antistatic device of the metal equipment which is the feature.
According to the fourth and eleventh aspects of the present invention, the metal device includes an electronic circuit.
According to such a feature, the metal device is kept in an uncharged state and is not subjected to a reverse discharge from the electrospinning system. It can be avoided and is not destroyed by electric discharge.
According to the fifth and twelfth aspects of the present invention, the electrospinning system is characterized in that a polymer solution is supplied to a capillary into which a charging electrode is inserted and is spun in a spray form.
According to such a feature, the electrospinning by charge induction electrospins ultrafine polymer particles by spraying accompanied by high charge from the capillary of the polymer solution, which is the charge of the metal device. Can be achieved without any effect.
According to the sixth and thirteenth aspects of the present invention, the polymer fiber that is electrospun from the perforated cylinder is electrically charged with the same polarity as the polymer fiber and electrically repelled. It is characterized in that a reflecting plate that is caused to fly toward one of the axial directions is attached to the electrospinning system.
According to such a feature, the electrospinning utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the perforated cylinder causes the polymer fiber to be directed in the radiation direction from the outer peripheral surface of the perforated cylinder. By utilizing the repulsion to the plate, it is made to fly in the axial direction of the perforated cylinder, so that the electrospinning region can be concentrated in a narrow range and the electrospinning density and supply density of the polymer fiber can be increased. In addition, by installing the perforated cylinder horizontally, there is an advantage that even when a long polymer fiber such as several meters is electrospun, it is possible to work in a low area by taking a distance laterally.
According to the seventh and fourteenth aspects of the present invention, the collecting means having a potential difference for electrically attracting the polymer fiber that is electrospun from the electrospinning system is disposed opposite to the electrospinning system. It is said.
According to such a feature, the electrospun polymer fiber can be electrostatically attracted to the collecting means side by the potential difference with the potential difference and efficiently collected on the collecting means. It is suitable for collecting a polymer fiber that expands the electrospinning region with respect to the collecting means by spraying or spraying from a nozzle, or for collecting a longer polymer fiber when performing electrospinning in the horizontal direction.
Further objects and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following specific description and drawings.
According to the present invention, a metal device is located in the vicinity of an electrospinning system that performs electrospinning with charge induction by a high voltage, and is charged by itself or charged by an electrostatic environment created by the electrospinning system. However, since it is kept in an uncharged state when an AC voltage is applied, it does not affect the surrounding electronic circuits, etc., and the non-grounded state receives a reverse discharge from the electrospinning system and the surrounding electronic circuits. Electrical safety can be achieved without affecting the above.
Hereinafter, an antistatic method and apparatus for a metal device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8 for understanding of the present invention.
The antistatic method for metal equipment of the present embodiment includes the

Here, the
In order to achieve the method described above, the
As described above, in the
The
In particular, in such an

On the other hand, the
The
The
The collecting means 41 is configured to move the sheet made of a thin resin at a predetermined speed on the
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b), the

In the present embodiment, the operation of the X table and the Y table has been described by the belt drive system. However, the same effect can be obtained by using transmission means such as a ball screw.
The present invention is a technique for keeping a metal device in the vicinity of an electrospinning system in an uncharged state under a non-ground condition, in which an electronic circuit is destroyed by its own charged charge or discharge charge from the electrospinning system.
