【発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年、ノイズ耐量および防塵性の確保に加えて、防水性の高い検出器付モータの要望があり、上記従来の構成では、保護カバーとモータブラケットの間を密閉するものがなく検出器の防水性が確保できず、保護カバーとモータ本体間を密閉して検出器の防水性を確保すると保護カバーのアースが確保できず、外部の強電界に対して検出器内の部品はノイズ耐量不足となり、いずれの場合も課題があった。

また、サーボモータなどに搭載される検出器の光学式エンコーダは、回路内に発振器を備えており、この発振器が検出器外に対してノイズを放出するため輻射ノイズを抑制する必要があった。

本発明は上記従来の課題を解決するものであり、検出器の防水性を確保するとともに外部電界に対するノイズ耐量を向上させ、検出器外に放出する輻射ノイズを抑制できる検出器付モータを提供することを目的とする。

上記の課題を解決するために本発明は、位置や回転速度を検出する検出器と、前記検出器を覆い保護する導電性の保護カバーと、アースと接続される導電性のモータブラケットと、前記保護カバーとモータブラケットの間を密閉する弾性体とを備え、前記弾性体に導電性を持たせたものである。
