Claims (16)
- 互いに対向配置された第1基板および第2基板と、
前記第1基板の内面に形成された電子放出ユニットと、
前記第2基板の内面に形成されて、前記電子放出ユニットから放出された電子によって発光する蛍光層と、
前記蛍光層の一面に形成されたアノード電極と、
前記第1基板側に形成された放熱板と、
少なくとも前記第2基板の外面を全て覆うように形成され、前記放熱板と連結されて、前記蛍光層から発散した光を透過させる熱拡散板と、
を含む、
前記熱拡散板は、前記第1基板上および前記第2基板上に連続的に形成され、
前記放熱板は、前記第1基板上に形成された前記熱拡散板の外面に形成されることを特徴とする、発光装置。 - 前記熱拡散板は、80%以上の光透過率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記熱拡散板は、透明に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記熱拡散板は、セラミック物質からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記セラミック物質は、酸化アルミニウムおよび酸化チタニウムのうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の発光装置。
- 前記放熱板は、アルミニウム、銀、銅、白金からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記放熱板は、基底部、および前記基底部上に所定の間隔をおいて複数で配列される放熱ピンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記放熱板は、回路部と連結されて、前記回路部で発生する熱を共に放出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記電子放出ユニットは、
絶縁層を介在させて互いに交差する方向に沿って形成されたカソード電極およびゲート電極と、
前記カソード電極に連結された電子放出部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記電子放出部は、炭素系物質およびナノ物質のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の発光装置。
- 行方向および列方向に沿って複数のピクセルが形成された表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルの後方に配置されて、バックライトユニットとして機能する発光装置と、
を含み、
前記発光装置は、
互いに対向配置された第1基板および第2基板と、
前記第1基板の内面に形成された電子放出ユニットと、
前記第2基板の内面に形成されて、前記電子放出ユニットから放出された電子によって発光する蛍光層と、
前記蛍光層の一面に形成されたアノード電極と、
前記第1基板側に形成された放熱板と、
少なくとも前記第2基板の外面を全て覆うように形成され、前記放熱板と連結されて、前記蛍光層から発散した光を透過させる熱拡散板と、
を含み、
前記熱拡散板は、前記第1基板上および前記第2基板上に連続的に形成され、
前記放熱板は、前記第1基板上に形成された前記熱拡散板の外面に形成されることを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記熱拡散板は、セラミック物質からなることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記発光装置は、前記行方向および前記列方向に沿って前記表示パネルより少ない数のピクセルが形成され、各ピクセル別に互いに異なる強さの光を放出することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記発光装置は、各ピクセル別に2〜8ビットの階調を表現することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の表示装置。
- 前記蛍光層は、白色蛍光層からなることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記蛍光層は、赤色、緑色、および青色の蛍光層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
