Claims (6)
- 圧電アクチュエータ(1)の作動方法において、
前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)の少なくとも1つの制御パラメータ(P)を考慮して、前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)を充電または放電するための第1の電気的な量をクロック制御式に供給することによって、第1の作動モード(B1)において前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)を駆動制御し、
前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)を充電または放電するための前記第1の電気的な量、しかも前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)における負荷変化に依存しない第1の電気的な量の所定の経過を非クロック制御式に印加することによって、第2の作動モード(B2)において前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)を駆動制御し、
前記第1の電気的な量の所定の経過が印加されている間の少なくとも1つの測定時間中に、前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)の第2の電気的な量の経過を検出し、
前記第2の電気的な量の検出された経過に依存して、前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)の少なくとも1つの制御パラメータ(P)を求めることを特徴とする、圧電アクチュエータ(1)の作動方法。 - 前記第1の電気的な量は前記第2の作動モード(B2)において前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)の充電ないし放電中にその都度実質的に一定の値を有するか、前記第1の電気的な量の所定の経過は傾斜状の経過であるか、それぞれ正弦半波の形状を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの測定時間は時間的に前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)における少なくとも1つの負荷変化を含み、且つ少なくとも1つの制御パラメータ(P)が少なくとも1つの負荷変化に関して求められる、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 弁が前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)の駆動制御に依存して前記第1の作動モード(B1)において開閉され、弁が前記第2の作動モード(B2)においては閉じられており、前記第1の電気的な量の印加時間または第1の電気的な量の最大値は弁が閉じられ続けるように設定されているように弁内に前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)が配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 圧電アクチュエータ(1)の作動装置において、
前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)の少なくとも1つの制御パラメータ(P)を考慮して、前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)を充電または放電するための第1の電気的な量をクロック制御式に供給することによって、第1の作動モード(B1)において前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)を駆動制御し、
前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)を充電または放電するための前記第1の電気的な量、しかも前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)における負荷変化に依存しない第1の電気的な量の所定の経過を非クロック制御式に印加することによって、第2の作動モード(B2)において前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)を駆動制御し、
前記第1の電気的な量の所定の経過が印加されている間の少なくとも1つの測定時間中に、前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)の第2の電気的な量の経過を検出し、
前記第2の電気的な量の検出された経過に依存して、前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)の少なくとも1つの制御パラメータ(P)を求めることを特徴とする、圧電アクチュエータ(1)の作動装置。 - 前記第2の作動モード(B2)において前記第1の電気的な量の所定の経過を印加するために測定源(27)を包含し、該測定源(27)は前記第1の作動モード(B1)における前記圧電アクチュエータ(1)の駆動制御のために設けられているエネルギ源に付加的に設けられている、請求項5記載の装置。
