Description
粒径が1.0−20nmの銀(Ag)が200−100,000ppmの濃度で濃縮されており、pHが6〜8.5に保たれ、銀含有溶液の重量を基準に不純物である安定剤は0.5〜1.5重量%、他の不純物である銀塩中陰イオン部分は1.0重量%以下で、不純物である安定剤と銀塩中陰イオン部分の和が2.0重量%以下であることを特徴とする水系銀含有溶液が提供される。
アクリル、ウレタン、エポキシ及びエステル系樹脂で構成されるグループから選択された少なくとも一種の樹脂100重量部、硬化剤0.05−5重量部及び銀濃度が5−100ppmになるよう本発明の水系銀含有溶液を含む水系抗菌樹脂組成物が提供される。
本発明の水系抗菌樹脂組成物が5μm以下の乾燥被膜の厚さで被覆された抗菌樹脂鋼板が提供される。
本発明は不純物の含量が特定量以下に制御された銀含有溶液を特定の樹脂などと配合した水系抗菌樹脂組成物を鋼板に被覆することにより鋼板の抗菌性、耐食性、伝導性及び密着性が改善される。
35℃の一般培養器で大腸菌(Escherichia coli ATCC 25922)及び葡萄状球菌(Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538)を16〜20時間培養し、培養液を滅菌リン酸緩衝液で20,000倍に希釈した後、上記樹脂処理された試片に1ml滴下し25℃で24時間保存した後取り出す。その後、これを滅菌された寒天培地で再度48時間培養し平板培養法(35℃、2日間培養)により調査して生菌数を測定する。その後、下記の数学式1に従って滅菌率(%)を計算した。99.9%以上を◎、99%以上を○、80%以上を△、80%未満を□に表した。
滅菌率(%)=[(希釈液の生菌数−24時間保存後の生菌数)/希釈液の生菌数]×100
耐食性は塩水噴霧実験(JIS K5400)を100時間行い、白色の錆が全く発生しないものを記号◎、5%以下の場合○、5%超過を□にして評価した。
伝導性は樹脂処理後の表面の抵抗を測定して評価した。距離1cmの間で示される抵抗値が0.04mΩ以下であると◎、0.04〜0.06mΩであると○、そして0.06mΩを超えると□に表した。
密着性は試験片を180度曲げて加工した後、加工部にセロハンテープを付着して剥離するテーピング試験を行い、塗膜が剥離されない場合を◎、5%以下の場合○、5%を超えると□に表した。
Claims (7)
- (1)アクリル、ウレタン、エポキシ及びエステル系樹脂で構成されるグループから選択された少なくとも一種の樹脂100重量部、
(2)アジリジンまたはメラミンである硬化剤0.05−5重量部及び
(3)粒径が1.0−20nmの銀(Ag)が200−100,000ppmの濃度で濃縮されており、pHが6〜8.5に保たれ、銀含有溶液の重量を基準に不純物である安定剤は0.5〜1.5重量%、他の不純物である銀塩中陰イオン部分は1.0重量%以下で、不純物安定剤と銀塩中陰イオン部分の和が2.0重量%以下の水系銀含有溶液を銀の濃度が5−100ppmになるよう含む水系抗菌樹脂組成物。 - 銀含有溶液を除いた前記樹脂組成物100重量部当たりコロイダルシリカ0.5−100重量部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水系抗菌樹脂組成物。
- 銀含有溶液を除いた前記樹脂組成物100重量部当たりTi、Zr及びMnで構成されるグループから選択された少なくとも一種の金属元素を3重量部以下にさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水系抗菌樹脂組成物。
- 銀含有溶液を除いた前記樹脂組成物100重量部当たりワックスを7重量部以下にさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水系抗菌樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、固形分の含量が5〜30重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水系抗菌樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項の水系抗菌樹脂組成物が5μm以下の乾燥被膜の厚さで被覆された鋼板。
- 前記鋼板は、亜鉛メッキ鋼板或いは亜鉛メッキ及びプライムコーティングされた鋼板であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の鋼板。
