Description
請求項1の特徴部に記載のように構成された本発明による燃料噴射系には、公知のものに比べて次のような利点、すなわち特に燃料噴射系の取付けが著しく簡単化されるという利点がある。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明の実施例を説明する。
図2は、本発明による燃料噴射系の1実施例を図1のII−II線に沿って断面した図であり、
図3は、本発明による燃料噴射系の燃料噴射弁の噴射側端部を示す断面図であり、
図4は、本発明による燃料噴射系の点火装置の、燃焼室に進入する端部を示す図であり、
図5は、本発明による燃料噴射系の、円錐周面を生ぜしめる燃料噴射弁の噴流パターンを示す図であり、
図6は、本発明による燃料噴射系の別の実施例を示す断面図であり、
図7は、本発明による燃料噴射系の、部分円錐周面を生ぜしめる燃料噴射弁の噴流パターンを示す図である。
次に本発明の1実施例を説明する。以下においてすべての図面で同一部材には、同一符号が用いられている。
Claims (12)
- 燃料噴射装置(1)であって、複数の噴射開口(13)を備えていて燃料を内燃機関の燃焼室(6)に噴射する燃料噴射弁(2)と、燃焼室(6)内に進入していて少なくとも1つの第1の極(16)及び第2の極(17)を備えている点火装置(8)とが設けられており、燃焼室(6)がシリンダ(21)と、該シリンダ(21)内を案内されているピストン(3)と、シリンダ(21)に向かって拡大する円錐形の凹設部(12)を有するシリンダヘッド(5)とによって画成されており、噴射開口(13)から流出する燃料噴流(20)が、点火装置(8)の領域の下で燃料扇形(11)に拡散する形式のものにおいて、
少なくとも1つの第1の極(16)の端部が、第2の極(17)の端部のそばで側方に配置されていて、両方の端部が、点火装置(8)の長手方向軸線のほぼ等しい高さに位置しており、噴射開口(13)が燃料噴射弁(2)の孔付き円板に配置されており、該孔付き円板が複数の噴射開口を有しており、
燃料噴射弁(2)が凹設部(12)の中心に位置決めされており、
噴射開口(13)から流出する燃料噴流(20)が、点火装置(8)の領域の下で、円錐周面(18)に均一に拡がる燃料扇形(11)を形成することを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 - 第1の極(16)及び第2の極(17)の端部が、少なくとも部分的に貴金属、特にプラチナ合金から成っている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 第1の極(16)及び第2の極(17)の端部の直径が、1mm未満である、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 第1の極(16)の端部と第2の極(17)の端部との間の間隔が、1mm未満である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 第2の極(17)と、燃料噴流(20)によって形成される円錐周面(18)との間の間隔が、0.5mm〜3mmの間である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 燃料噴流(20)が燃料扇形(11)を均一に拡開させ、この際に燃料噴流(20)は特に互いに対して等しい開放角度(β)を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 開放角度(β)が25°〜45°の間である、請求項6記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 噴射開口(13)が階段状に燃焼室(6)に向かって拡大している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 噴射開口(13)の数が最少でも4、最多でも12である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 燃料扇形(11)が、70°〜110°の周面開放角度(α)を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 燃料扇形(11)が燃料噴射弁(2)の長手方向軸線に対して同軸的に延びている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 燃料扇形(11)の長手方向軸線が、燃料噴射弁(2)の長手方向軸線に対して0°とは異なった角度を成している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
