図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における圧縮機の断面図、図2は、同実施の形態における圧縮機に用いられる吸入マフラー近傍の要部断面図、図3は同実施の形態における圧縮機に用いられる吸入マフラーの断面図である。

Claims (3)
- 冷媒ガスを圧縮する圧縮要素と、前記圧縮要素を収容する密閉容器と、前記密閉容器内外を連通する吸入管を有し、前記圧縮要素はシリンダーを形成するブロックと、前記シリンダー内に嵌合され往復運動するピストンと、前記シリンダーに形成される圧縮室に一端が連通する吸入マフラーを備え、前記吸入マフラーは消音空間を形成する本体と、前記密閉容器内へ開口し前記消音空間と連通する吸入口と、前記吸入口を囲うように形成するとともに前記吸入管の開口端と対向する側に開口面を設けたガス受け部とを備え、前記ガス受け部の容積を、圧縮室の気筒容積の40%以上とし、さらに、前記ガス受け部の開口面下端が前記吸入管の開口端下端より下方に位置する圧縮機。
- 前記ガス受け部の開口面下端と吸入管の開口端下端を最短距離で結ぶ線は、前記開口端下端を含む水平面に対し30°以上の角度を有する請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記吸入マフラーの吸入口が略鉛直方向の下方に開口するとともに、ガス受け部の反開口面側の壁面が反開口面側に張り出す曲面を形成する請求項1または2に記載の圧縮機。
