Claims (5)
- 車両(24)の衝突警告装置であって、測定センサ(10)と、前記車両が走行する道路(26、34)の車線(28;36、38、40)の数を検出するための車線検出モジュール(22)と、前記測定センサのデータを基に決定される危険パラメータ(ttc)が閾値(S1〜S4)を超える場合に、警告信号を出力するための決定ユニット(18)と、を備える車両の衝突警告装置において、
前記危険パラメータは、衝突回避に必要な加速度の関数であり、前記閾値は、前記車線数が多いほど前記警告信号が早期に出力されるように、前記車線数に応じて変化することを特徴とする、車両の衝突警告装置。 - 前記決定ユニットは、前記測定センサにより測定される、移動対象物および静止対象物に対して反応することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両の衝突警告装置。
- 静止対象物および移動対象物のために異なる閾値が設けられており、少なくとも静止対象物のために設けられた前記閾値は、前記車線数に応じて変化することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両の衝突警告装置。
- 前記車線検出モジュールは、前記測定センサにより伝達される、被測定対象物に関するデータを基にして前記車線数を検出するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちいずれか1項に記載の車両の衝突警告装置。
- 自車両と自車両の走行車線上の先行車両との間隔を制御するための間隔制御システムと組み合わされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちいずれか1項に記載の車両の衝突警告装置。
