Description
Claims (9)
- 移動する紙又は板紙のウェブを処理剤で処理するスプレー被覆装置であって、
処理すべきウェブが通って移動する適用チャンバーであって、当該適用チャンバーに前記ウェブを入れる入口開口及び当該適用チャンバーから前記ウェブを出す出口開口を備える、ところの適用チャンバー、及び
前記適用チャンバー内の前記ウェブの表面に前記処理剤を噴霧する少なくとも1つのノズルを備える少なくとも1列のノズルと、
から構成される、ところのスプレー被覆装置であって、
前記ウェブの少なくとも一方の側の前記入口開口の近傍に取り付けられ、前記適用チャンバー内に水スプレーを噴霧する噴霧部材
を有すること特徴とするスプレー被覆装置。 - 前記噴霧部材は平均液滴寸法が150μm以下の水スプレーに霧化する部材を有すること特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレー被覆装置。
- 前記噴霧部材は平均液滴寸法が50μm以下の水スプレーに霧化する部材を有すること特徴とする請求項1記載のスプレー被覆装置。
- 前記噴霧部材は前記ウェブの両側の前記入口開口の近傍に取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする、
請求項2又は3に記載のスプレー被覆装置。 - 前記噴霧部材は前記ウェブの横方向に互いに隣り合って取り付けられるノズル群を備える、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項記載のスプレー被覆装置。 - 移動可能な紙又は板紙のウェブを処理剤で処理する方法であって、
前記ウェブを入口開口を通って適用チャンバーに取り込むこと、
前記適用チャンバー内の前記ウェブの表面に前記処理剤を噴霧すること、及び
出口開口を通って前記適用チャンバーから前記ウェブを取り出すこと
を含む方法であって、
水スプレーが前記ウェブの少なくとも一方の側の前記入口開口の近傍において前記適用チャンバー内に噴霧される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記水スプレーは、平均液滴寸法が150μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記水スプレーは、平均液滴寸法が50μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記水スプレーは前記ウェブの両側の前記入口開口の近傍に噴霧される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
