Claims (8)
- 作動油タンクからの作動油を加圧する可変容量式の油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプの吐出油を、コントロールバルブを介して供給することにより駆動制御されて、所定の作業を実行する油圧アクチュエータとを備えた油圧駆動式産業機械において、
前記油圧アクチュエータからの戻り配管により作動タンクに還流させる戻り油を冷却するために、この戻り油の冷却率を変化させる冷却率可変式作動油冷却手段と、
前記油圧アクチュエータによる作業負荷を検出する負荷検出手段と、
作動油の温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
前記戻り油の管路は、冷却器を介する冷却経路と、冷却器を介さない非冷却経路とに分岐させるようになし、これら両経路への戻り油の分配比率を変化させるために、分岐部に設けた分配手段と、
前記負荷検出手段で検出した作業負荷に基づいて、
前記作業負荷のうち低負荷時に比べて低い粘度として設定した作動油の高負荷時粘度と、
前記作業負荷のうち高負荷時に比べて高い粘度として設定した作動油の低負荷時粘度と、
前記高負荷時粘度となるように設定した高い設定温度と、
前記低負荷時粘度となるように設定した低い設定温度と、
前記作業負荷に応じて、前記高い設定温度と前記低い設定温度のそれぞれのうちのいずれかを目標設定温度として設定し、
この目標設定温度となるように前記分配手段を制御する制御手段と
を備える構成としたことを特徴とする油圧駆動式産業機械。 - 前記負荷検出手段は、前記油圧アクチュエータへの供給圧力または供給流量を検出するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧駆動式産業機械。
- 前記制御手段は前記分配手段の分配比率を2段階若しくは複数段階で制御する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧駆動式産業機械。
- 前記制御手段は前記分配手段の分配比率を連続的に制御する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧駆動式産業機械。
- 前記制御手段は、前記負荷検出手段で少なくとも1時間の間に測定される負荷率を1単位として、この1単位の負荷率の平均値を作業負荷履歴とし、この作業負荷履歴に基づいて前記戻り油の冷却率を割り出す構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧駆動式産業機械。
- 前記制御手段は、作業状態が変化する毎に前記1単位の作業負荷履歴を算出可能とし、この作業状態が変化しない限り一定の冷却率で前記戻り油を冷却する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の油圧駆動式産業機械。
- 前記制御手段は、前記1単位毎に作業負荷履歴を算出して、次の1単位の時間分における前記戻り油の冷却率を決定する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の油圧駆動式産業機械。
- 前記制御手段は、複数単位の前記作業負荷履歴の移動平均を求め、この移動平均に基づいて次の1単位の時間分における前記戻り油の冷却率を決定する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の油圧駆動式産業機械。
