Description
Claims (11)
- タービンのタービンホイールを有する内燃機関用の排気ガスターボチャージャであって、前記タービンホイールが、軸により圧縮機の圧縮機ホイールに相対回転不能に接続され、前記圧縮機が、プランジャとスリーブ状仕切り壁とを有する可変圧縮機構造を有し、前記スリーブ状仕切り壁が、前記圧縮機ホイールに半径方向に通じる補助ダクトを部分的又は完全に開くか、又は閉じることが可能であり、圧縮機ホイール羽根を有する前記圧縮機ホイールにおいて、軸方向ホイール入口領域を介して軸方向に、また前記補助ダクトが通じる半径方向ホイール入口領域を介して半径方向に流れを生じさせることが可能である排気ガスターボチャージャにおいて、
前記圧縮機ホイール(16)が外形リング(17)を有し、前記外形リングは、補助羽根(20)を有し、前記圧縮機ホイール(16)の前記圧縮機ホイール羽根(18)に部分的に取付けられ、前記圧縮機ホイール(16)の前記半径方向ホイール入口領域(19)の少なくとも一部の領域及び前記軸方向ホイール入口領域(36)の少なくとも一部の領域の双方を覆い、前記補助羽根(20)が、前記外形リング(17)の外側面(21)に取り付けられることを特徴とする排気ガスターボチャージャ。 - 前記補助羽根(20)を有する前記外形リング(17)が、流れを半径方向に生じさせることができる冷気タービンホイール格子として具体化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記補助羽根(20)が、前記外形リング(17)によってのみ、前記圧縮機ホイール羽根(18)から隔てられるようにして、前記外形リング(17)の外側面(21)に取り付けられ、前記圧縮機ホイール(16)の圧縮機ホイール出口(22)に対面する前記外形リング(17)の端部(25)において前記圧縮機ホイール羽根(18)に合体することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記圧縮機ホイール(16)の圧縮機ホイール出口(22)に対面する前記外形リング(17)の端部(25)から前記補助羽根(20)の軸方向羽根輪郭(27)のある頂部(S)までにおいて、前記補助羽根(20)の第1の羽根角度(β)が、前記圧縮機ホイール(16)の前記圧縮機ホイール羽根(18)の羽根角度(α)に一致するように、また前記頂部(S)から、前記圧縮機ホイール(16)の前記圧縮機ホイール出口(22)の反対側の前記外形リング(17)の端部(26)までにおいて、前記補助羽根(20)が、前記第1の羽根角度(β)とは異なる第2の羽根角度(γ)を有するように、前記補助羽根(20)の軸方向羽根輪郭(27)が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記第2の羽根角度(γ)が0°〜45°であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記外形リング(17)の長手方向断面において、前記外形リング(17)の前記外側面(21)が、直線構造、又は湾曲した凹状構造、又は部分的に直線の及び部分的に湾曲した構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記補助羽根(20)の羽根高さ(H)が、頂部(S)から、前記圧縮機ホイール(16)の圧縮機ホイール出口(22)の反対側の前記外形リング(17)の端部(26)の方向における前記外形リング(17)の外径(DA)の増加、又は内径(DI)の及び外径(DA)の増加に応じて低減することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記補助羽根(20)の羽根高さ(H)が、前記頂部(S)から、前記圧縮機ホイール(16)の前記圧縮機ホイール出口(22)の反対側の前記外形リング(17)の前記端部(26)の方向における前記外形リング(17)の前記外径(DA)の増加に応じてゼロに低減することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記補助羽根(20)の羽根高さ(H)が、頂部(S)から、前記圧縮機ホイール(16)の圧縮機ホイール出口(22)に対面する前記外形リング(17)の端部(25)の方向における前記外形リング(17)の外径(DA)の増加、又は内径(DI)の及び外径(DA)の増加に応じて低減することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記外形リング(17)が前記補助羽根(20)の間に追加羽根(23)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 補助羽根(20)の数が前記圧縮機ホイール羽根(18)の数に一致することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
