Claims (8)
- 互いに熱的結合された少なくとも二組の通路を有するプレートフィン熱交換器を使用し、少なくとも一方の通路の上方に設けた液導入部から導入した液流体の少なくとも一部を気化させ、気化したガス流体を前記一方の通路の上方に設けたガス導出路から導出する熱交換型蒸留装置において、前記液導入部に導入された液流体を粗分配する粗分配部を備えた液流入路と前記ガス導出路とが鉛直方向の仕切板を介して設けられた第1領域を設けるとともに、該第1領域の下方に、前記粗分配部から流下する液流体を下方の通路に向けて精密分配して流下させるとともに、前記下方の通路から上昇するガス流体を前記ガス導出路に上昇させる精密分配部からなる第2領域を設け、前記精密分配部は、前記一方の通路と同じ厚みで形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換型蒸留装置。
- 互いに熱的結合された少なくとも二組の通路を有するプレートフィン熱交換器における第1通路の下部に導入された原料空気を、該第1通路上部の窒素富化ガスと第1通路下部の液化酸素富化流体とに分離する第1気液接触部と、第2通路の上部に導入された粗液化酸素を、該第2通路上部の窒素富化酸素ガスと第2通路下部の液化酸素とに分離する第2気液接触部とを備えた熱交換型蒸留装置において、前記第2通路は、前記第2気液接触部の上部に、外部から前記粗液化酸素が導入される液導入部、及び、該液導入部から流下する粗液化酸素を粗分配する粗分配部とを備えた液流入路と、第2通路内から前記窒素富化酸素ガスを外部に導出するガス導出路とが鉛直方向の仕切板を介して設けられた第1領域を備えるとともに、該第1領域の下方に設けられ、前記粗分配部から流下する粗液化酸素を下方の第2気液接触部に精密分配して流下させるとともに、前記第2気液接触部から上昇する窒素富化酸素ガスを前記ガス導出路に上昇させる精密分配部からなる第2領域とを備え、前記精密分配部は、前記第2通路と同じ厚みで形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換型蒸留装置。
- 前記第1領域は、鉛直方向の2枚の仕切板により厚み方向に3つに区画されており、中央の区画に前記ガス導出路が、両側の区画に前記液流入路がそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の熱交換型蒸留装置。
- 前記仕切板は、その下端に突起部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載の熱交換型蒸留装置。
- 前記粗分配部は、液流下抵抗が大きなフィンを配列した上部分配部と、該上部分配部に比べて液流下抵抗が小さなフィンを配列した下部分配部との二段で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4いずれか1項記載の熱交換型蒸留装置。
- 前記精密分配部及び前記通路は、前記仕切板と異なる鉛直方向の第2の仕切板によって通路厚み方向に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか1項記載の熱交換型蒸留装置。
- 前記精密分配部は、軸線を鉛直方向から通路幅方向に傾斜させたフィンを配列して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6いずれか1項記載の熱交換型蒸留装置。
- 前記フィンは、フィン軸線方向から見た断面形状が三角形状であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の熱交換型蒸留装置。
