Description
Claims (20)
- 生成物フィルターの原位置での洗浄及び/又は完全性試験方法であって、
a.流体プロセスの流れを画定するネットワークであって、該ネットワークは(i)前記流体プロセスの流れ中に流体を導入するための少なくとも1つの入口ポートと、前記流体プロセスの流れから流体を排出するための少なくとも1つの流体排出ポートとを有している、ネットワークを設け、
b.前記流体プロセスの流れ中に位置している生成物フィルターであって、該生成物フィルターを通過する液体を濾過することができる生成物フィルターと、前記少なくとも1つの前記流体排出ポートに取り付けられた滅菌バリヤフィルターとを設け、該滅菌バリヤフィルターは、(i)親水性領域および疎水性領域の帯を交互に有するプリーツメンブランか、(ii)いくつかの独立したフィルターメンブランが接触することなく積み重ねられたスタックであって、前記フィルターメンブランのそれぞれが、親水性かまたは疎水性のいずれかであり、親水性メンブランが、疎水性メンブランの間に間隔をおいて挿入されたスタックの一方を容器内に備え、
c.流体プロセスの流れ中に、入口ポートを介して流体を導入し、
d.ステップcにて導入された流体を、前記滅菌バリヤフィルターを介して排出する、方法。 - 流体が気体のときは、該流体は滅菌バリヤフィルターの疎水性領域を介して排出され、流体が液体のときは、該流体は滅菌バリヤフィルターの親水性領域を介して排出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 方法が生成物フィルターを完全性試験するものであり、
a.前記生成物フィルターを、入口ポートを介して流体プロセスの流れに導入された湿潤媒体によってぬらし、
b.湿潤媒体を、生成物フィルターから滅菌バリヤフィルターを介して排出し、
c.生成物フィルターへ入口ポートを介して気体を流し、
d.気体が滅菌バリヤフィルターを通ることにより、流体プロセスの流れから気体を排気する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記湿潤媒体が、前記親水性領域を介して排出される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記気体が、前記疎水性領域を介して排気される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 方法が生成物フィルターの原位置での洗浄のためのものであり、
a)入口ポートを介して、生成物フィルターに滅菌媒体を導入し、
b)滅菌媒体を、生成物フィルターから滅菌バリヤフィルターを介して排出する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 滅菌媒体が液体であり、前記親水性領域を通って、滅菌バリヤフィルターを介して排出される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 滅菌媒体が蒸気であり、蒸気が前記親水性領域を通って、滅菌バリヤフィルターを介して排出される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 液体原料が流れの一端から導入され、他端から液体生成物として回収されるように、管と容器のネットワークから形成された流体プロセスの流れであって、前記ネットワークが、試験または洗浄のための流体を導入するための入口ポートを有する、流体プロセスの流れと、入口ポートの後に配置された生成物フィルターと、生成物フィルターの後に配置され、入口ポートを介して導入された流体の排出のためのバリヤフィルターとからなり、滅菌バリヤフィルターは、(i)親水性領域および疎水性領域の帯を交互に有するプリーツメンブランか、(ii)いくつかの独立したフィルターメンブランが接触することなく積み重ねられたスタックであって、前記フィルターメンブランのそれぞれが、親水性かまたは疎水性のいずれかであり、親水性メンブランが、疎水性メンブランの間に間隔をおいて挿入されたスタックの一方を容器内に備えている、プロセスシステム。
- 入口ポートを介して導入された流体が、液体、気体、またはそれらの両方である、請求項9に記載のプロセスシステム。
- 入口ポートを介して導入された流体が液体であり、バリヤフィルターの親水性部分を介して排出される、請求項9に記載のプロセスシステム。
- 入口ポートを介して導入された流体が気体であり、バリヤフィルターの疎水性部分を介して排出される、請求項9に記載のプロセスシステム。
- 入口ポートを介して導入された流体がバリヤフィルターの親水性部分を介して排出される液体であり、その後にバリヤフィルターの疎水性部分を介して排出される気体が続く請求項9に記載のプロセスシステム。
- 液体原料から液体生成物を製造するための化学プロセスシステムであって、前記製造は、前記液体原料をメンブランによって濾過することを必要とし、前記化学プロセスシステムが、
a.流体プロセスの流れを画定するネットワークであって、前記ネットワークが、(i)流体を前記流体プロセスの流れの中に導入するための少なくとも1つの入口ポートおよび前記流体プロセスの流れから流体を排出するための少なくとも1つの流体排出ポートと、(ii)生成物回収容器とを有し、前記少なくとも1つの流体排出ポートが、前記生成物回収容器に設けられた、ネットワークと、
b.前記生成物回収容器の上流で前記流体プロセスの流れの中に配置された1つまたは複数のプロセスメンブランであって、該プロセスメンブランを通過する液体を濾過することができる、1つまたは複数のプロセスメンブランと、
c.前記少なくとも1つの前記排出ポートに取り付けられたバリヤフィルターとを備え、該バリヤフィルターは、(i)親水性領域および疎水性領域の帯を交互に有するプリーツメンブランか、(ii)いくつかの独立したフィルターメンブランが接触することなく積み重ねられたスタックであって、前記フィルターメンブランのそれぞれが、親水性かまたは疎水性のいずれかであり、親水性メンブランが、疎水性メンブランの間に間隔をおいて挿入されたスタックの一方を容器内に備えた、化学プロセスシステム。 - 前記バリヤフィルターが、いくつかの独立したフィルターメンブランが接触することなく積み重ねられたスタックを備え、前記フィルターメンブランのそれぞれが、親水性かまたは疎水性のいずれかであり、親水性メンブランが、疎水性メンブランの間に間隔をおいて挿入された、請求項14に記載の化学プロセスシステム。
- 共通容器が、実質的に円筒形の管であり、前記メンブランが、円形であり、前記親水性メンブランおよび疎水性メンブランが、前記スタック内に規則的に交互に配列された、請求項15に記載の化学プロセスシステム。
- 前記親水性領域および疎水性領域の帯を交互に有する単一プリーツメンブランが、前記共通容器内に提供された、請求項14に記載の化学プロセスシステム。
- 前記帯が、前記単一プリーツメンブランのプリーツに実質的に直角に配置された、請求項17に記載の化学プロセスシステム。
- 前記帯が、前記単一プリーツメンブランのプリーツに実質的に平行に配置された、請求項17に記載の化学プロセスシステム。
- 2つのプロセスメンブランがあり、バリヤフィルターが両方のメンブランの下流である、請求項14に記載の化学プロセスシステム。
