Description
本実施の形態は、モータの負荷に交番電流を流し、第1方向に電流の流れた時間と第1方向とは逆方向の第2方向に電流の流れた時間とを電気信号に変換・増幅して、その電気信号の値により、静止時におけるモータ回転子の位置を判定する静止位置検出回路およびモータ駆動回路である。
本実施の形態は、実施の形態1に係る静止位置検出回路およびモータ駆動回路の変形例であって、実施の形態1における時間計測器41、時間差分増幅器42の他の構成例を示すものである。
本実施の形態も、実施の形態1に係る静止位置検出回路およびモータ駆動回路の変形例であって、実施の形態1における時間計測器41、時間差分増幅器42の他の構成例を示すものである。
Claims (1)
- 回転子と少なくとも1相分の負荷とを含むモータの、静止時における前記回転子の位置を検出する静止位置検出回路であって、
電流量検出器と、
時間計測器と、
時間差分増幅器と、
位置判定器と
を備え、
前記電流量検出器は、前記モータを駆動するインバータ回路を制御する制御回路を介して、第1方向、および、前記第1方向とは逆の第2方向に交互に流れる交番電流を、前記負荷に流れさせ、かつ、前記第1方向に流れる前記交番電流が値αに達したことを検出し、前記値αの検出後は、前記制御回路を介して前記交番電流を漸減させて前記第2方向に流れさせ、かつ、前記第2方向に流れる前記交番電流が前記値αの正負反転した値βに達したことを検出し、前記値βの検出後は、前記制御回路を介して前記交番電流を漸減させ、再度、前記第1方向に流れさせ、かつ、以降も所定の回数、前記値αおよびβの検出と前記制御回路を介した前記交番電流の制御とを行い、
前記時間計測器は、前記交番電流が前記値αから前記値βに変動するまでの第1時間、および、前記交番電流が前記値βから前記値αに変動するまでの第2時間を計測し、
前記時間差分増幅器は、計測された前記第1および第2時間を電気信号に変換し、前記第1および第2時間が前記所定の回数分累積するに対応して前記電気信号を増幅し、
前記位置判定器は、前記電気信号の値に応じて、静止時における前記回転子の位置を判定し、
前記時間計測器は、
電流源と、
前記電流量検出器における前記値αの検出から前記値βの検出までの間、前記第1電流源からの電流を選択的に出力することにより、前記第1時間を計測する第1スイッチと、
前記電流量検出器における前記値αの検出から前記値βの検出までの間、所定の電位を与える第2スイッチと、
前記電流量検出器における前記値βの検出から前記値αの検出までの間、前記第1電流源からの電流を選択的に出力することにより、前記第2時間を計測する第3スイッチと、
前記電流量検出器における前記値βの検出から前記値αの検出までの間、接地する第4スイッチと
を含み、
前記時間差分増幅器は、
前記第1および第4スイッチに接続された第1電極と前記第2および第3スイッチに接続された第2電極とを備えた、前記第1および第2電極間の電圧が前記電気信号として機能する、所定の容量値のコンデンサ
を含み、
前記位置判定器は、
前記コンデンサの前記第2電極および第1電極が正負入力端にそれぞれ接続され、出力する論理値を、静止時における前記回転子の位置の判定信号として機能させる比較器
を含む静止位置検出回路。
