Description
電磁負荷と、前記電磁負荷の電源と、前記電磁負荷を駆動するために少なくとも前記電源と前記電磁負荷との間及び前記電磁負荷と電源グラウンドとの間のいずれか一方に配置されたドライバ用のスイッチ素子と、前記電磁負荷と前記スイッチ素子との間の電圧異常を検出することにより回路構成の故障を診断する診断手段とを備えた電磁負荷制御装置において、前記電圧異常の検出タイミングは、電磁負荷遮断と電磁負荷の通電とが繰り返される電磁負荷の通電開始タイミングに合わせて設定される。電磁負荷遮断時に生じる逆起エネルギーを減衰させる手段として、電流量調節手段を備える。前記電流量調節手段は、前記逆起エネルギーにより跳ね上がり電圧が生じる箇所と電源グラウンドとの間に、前記電磁負荷に流れる電流が所定のレベルに保つように収束させる電流源と並列に設置される。前記電流量調節手段と前記電流源とを所定の電圧閾値を用いて切り替えるスイッチ手段を備える。
Claims (2)
- 電磁負荷と、前記電磁負荷の電源と、前記電磁負荷を駆動するために少なくとも前記電源と前記電磁負荷との間及び前記電磁負荷と電源グラウンドとの間のいずれか一方に配置されたドライバ用のスイッチ素子と、前記電磁負荷と前記スイッチ素子との間の電圧異常を検出することにより回路構成の故障を診断する診断手段と、を備えた電磁負荷制御装置において、
前記電圧異常の検出タイミングは、電磁負荷遮断と電磁負荷の通電とが繰り返される電磁負荷の通電開始タイミングに合わせて設定され、
電磁負荷遮断時に生じる逆起エネルギーを減衰させる手段として電流量調節手段を備え、
前記電流量調節手段は、前記逆起エネルギーにより跳ね上がり電圧が生じる箇所と電源グラウンドとの間に、前記電磁負荷に流れる電流が所定のレベルに保つように収束させる電流源と並列に設置され、
前記電流量調節手段と前記電流源とを所定の電圧閾値を用いて切り替えるスイッチ手段を備える、
ことを特徴とする電磁負荷制御装置。 - 逆起エネルギーを減衰させる手段を備える電磁負荷制御装置において、
電圧異常の検出タイミングを、電磁負荷遮断と電磁負荷の通電とが繰り返される電磁負荷の通電開始タイミングに合わせて設定してあり、
電磁負荷遮断時に生じる逆起エネルギーを減衰させるために電流量を調節する電流量調節手段を備え、
前記電流量調節手段は、前記逆起エネルギーにより跳ね上がり電圧が生じる箇所と電源グラウンドとの間に、前記電磁負荷に流れる電流が所定のレベルに保つように収束させる電流源と並列に設置され、
前記電流量調節手段と前記電流源とを所定の電圧閾値を用いて切り替えるスイッチ手段を備える、
ことを特徴とする電磁負荷制御装置。
