Claims (33)
- 皿またはカバーのような、マイクロ波加熱炉内で処理される食品用容器のための自立の容器部品を製造する方法であって、容器は、食品を受け入れるための少なくとも1つの区画を備えており、その区画の周面の少なくとも一部にそって、マイクロ波放射影響材料層が関連する容器の少なくとも一部に提供されている容器部品を製造する方法において、
− マイクロ波放射影響材料層と、マイクロ波放射影響材料層の少なくとも一方の側に結合されかつマイクロ波放射に影響しない少なくとも1つの材料層とを備えた多層箔を提供するステップと、
− 容器部品を成形する間に、マイクロ波放射影響材料層を容器部品の多層箔以外の残りの部分に結合するために、型内で容器部品を成形する間に、多層箔を型内に位置させることによって、多層箔のマイクロ波放射に影響しない材料層がマイクロ波放射影響材料層を容器部品の外側から保護するように、多層箔の一方の側を上記残りの部分に結合するステップとを備えている方法。 - 請求項1の方法であって、マイクロ波放射線に影響しない多層箔の材料層が容器部品のの外側に存在するように、多層箔を上記残りの部分に結合するステップを備えている方法。
- 請求項1または2の方法であって、射出型内で容器部品を射出成型することによって容器部品を形成するステップを備えている方法。
- 請求項1または2の方法であって、熱成形型内で容器部品を熱成形することによって容器部品を形成するステップを備えている方法。

- 請求項12の方法であって、多層箔が上記残りの部分に結合される前に、マイクロ波放射線に影響しない2枚の材料層のうちの1枚は多層箔から分離される方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1つの方法であって、マイクロ波放射に影響しない材料層は、上記残りの部分として同一材料でつくられている方法。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1つの方法であって、容器の区画の上側は、食品で満たされた後に、更なるマイクロ波放射影響材料層と、更なるマイクロ波放射影響材料層の一方の側に結合されかつマイクロ波放射線に影響しない少なくとも一つの材料層とを備えた多層箔によってカバーされ、前記更なる多層箔の前記更なるマイクロ波放射影響材料層がマイクロ波放射線に影響しない前記更なる材料層の満たされた区画の内部から遠い側に存在させられている方法。
- 請求項15の方法であって、前記更なる多層箔は、満たされた区画の上周縁に直接結合されている方法。
- 請求項15の方法であって、前記更なる多層箔は、区画の上周縁に直接結合されている別々のシール箔上に接着されている方法。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1つの方法であって、多層箔が静電的に帯電可能であることを特徴とする方法。

- 請求項19−25のいずれか1つの容器部品であって、容器部品を支持面におくための脚が提供されることを特徴とする容器部品。
- 請求項19−26のいずれか1つの容器部品であって、容器部品を関連する他の容器部品に接続するための手段が少なくとも2つの区画の周縁にそって提供されることを特徴とする容器部品。
- 請求項9またはそれの従属クレームによる方法における使用のための、貫通穴を備えている多層箔を製造する方法であって、
− マイクロ波放射影響材料層と、マイクロ波放射影響材料層の少なくとも一方の側に結合されかつマイクロ波放射に影響しない少なくとも1つの材料層とを備えた閉多層箔を形成するステップと、
− 多層箔の貫通穴を型抜きするステップと、
を備えている方法。 - 請求項9またはそれの従属クレームによる方法における使用のための、貫通穴を備えている多層箔を製造する方法であって、
− マイクロ波放射影響材料層と、マイクロ波放射影響材料層の少なくとも一方の側に結合されかつマイクロ波放射に影響しない少なくとも1つの材料層とを備えた閉多層箔を形成するステップと、
− レーザービームによって多層箔に貫通穴をあけるステップと、
