Aに固定した構成であってもよい。これに対し、シリンダ31は、ハウジング2やプランジャ32に相対して矢印N1,N2方向に往復動可能である。このシリンダ31の基端部(図面では上部)のフランジ部31aには、操作用ケーシング4の凸部40が係合している。このことにより、操作用ケーシング4が矢印N1方向に下降前進するように操作されるときには、図5に示すように、シリンダ31はそれに伴って下降し、圧力室30の容積が増大するようになっている。
力が蓄えられる。なお、一対の係合用突起14aに対する一対の突起12の係合は、ランセットホルダ1をハウジング2の先端部側から基端部側に押し込むことによって行なうことができる。ランセットホルダ1のラッチ状態が解除すれば、コイルバネ17aの弾発力によってランセットホルダ1が矢印N1方向に勢いよく前進する。ランセットホルダ1が矢印N1方向に前進した場合には、コイルバネ17bが圧縮される。そのため、ランセットホルダ1が矢印N1方向に所定量前進した後は、コイルバネ17aの弾発力によってランセットホルダ1が適当量だけ後退し、皮膚Skから針部10bが引き抜かれる。もちろん、コイルバネ17a,17bに代えて、蛇腹状バネ、スポンジ、発泡ゴムなどを採用してもよい。

Claims (3)
- ハウジングと、このハウジングに相対して移動可能に設けられ、かつ針部を前進させるための移動体と、この移動体を前進させるための動作機構と、を具備している、穿刺装置であって、
上記動作機構は、上記移動体に前進力を付与するための前進用の弾性部と、上記移動体に設けられた第1係合部と、この第1係合部と係合可能であり、かつ上記ハウジングに設けられた第2係合部と、を有しているとともに、
上記移動体が前進した後に上記移動体に後退力を付与するとともに、上記前進用の弾性部に対して直列配置された後退用の弾性部をさらに備えており、
上記第2係合部は、上記ハウジングに対して移動不能に係止されたラッチ用部材に設けられており、かつ、
上記前進用の弾性部と上記後退用の弾性部とは、上記ハウジング内において上記ラッチ用部材と上記移動体とが協働して形成する収容空間に収容されていることを特徴とする、穿刺装置。 - 上記前進用の弾性部および上記後退用の弾性部は、上記収容空間に収容された状態で、上記ラッチ用部材に固定されており、上記移動体の前後動により伸縮する、請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
- 少なくとも一部分が上記ハウジングの外部に露出するように設けられた穿刺操作用部材と、この穿刺操作用部材が操作されたときにこの穿刺操作用部材と一体に動き、上記第1係合部と上記第2係合部との係合部分に作用して、上記移動体のラッチ状態を解除するラッチ解除用作用部と、をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の穿刺装置。
