Claims (7)
- 有機発光素子を含む表示部を備えた基板を準備する段階と、
前記基板の一面に対向するように配置される密封部材を準備する段階と、
前記密封部材の一面に前記表示部の外郭に対応するように、ガラスフリットをペースト状態でスクリーン印刷法を利用して塗布する段階と、
前記塗布されたガラスフリットを焼成する段階と、
前記ガラスフリットによって前記基板と前記密封部材とを接合する段階とを含み、
前記ガラスフリットを焼成する段階を経た後、前記ガラスフリットと前記表示部との間隔を20μm〜20mmに形成し、
前記スクリーン印刷法において、スクリーンマスクは、スクリーン部と遮蔽部を有し、前記遮蔽部によって前記スクリーン部のパターンを限定し、前記遮蔽部の下面には、支持部材が接合され、該支持部材は、前記遮蔽部よりも少し広くスクリーン部の周りを取り囲むように形成されている
ことを特徴とする有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記ガラスフリットを焼成する段階を経た後、前記ガラスフリットの上下両面のうち、前記密封部材に接する側の面の幅に対する他方の面の幅の比が0.5〜0.95を満足することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記ガラスフリットを焼成する段階を経た後、前記ガラスフリットの厚さを3〜100μmに形成することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記ガラスフリットを塗布する段階では、スクリーンマスクを利用して前記ガラスフリットを前記密封部材に塗布し、前記スクリーンマスクは200〜400メッシュであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記基板と前記密封部材とを接合する段階では、前記ガラスフリットを溶融した後に硬化させる段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記ガラスフリットを溶融した後に硬化させる段階は、前記ガラスフリットにレーザを照射する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記密封部材上に前記ガラスフリットを取り囲むようにシーラントを塗布する段階をさらに含み、シーラントはそれぞれの表示部を密封するガラスフリットを取り囲むように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
