Description
本発明は、例えば、心肺バイバス手術の間の患者の血液の体外での酸素処理のための方法と装置であって、静脈リザーバを供給する必要性がなく、従来の動脈フィルタが使用さすることができ、それにより適合されたコンポーネントを提供する必要性がないように改良された方法と装置を提供する。
Claims (8)
- 心肺バイバス手術の間、患者の血液を体外で酸素処理をするための装置であって、
患者から静脈血を受け取る静脈ライン手段(100)と、
前記静脈ライン手段に配置されあるいは接続され、前記患者から受け取った前記静脈血中の気泡を検出する気泡検出手段(101)と、
前記静脈ライン手段に接続されかつ前記気泡検出手段の下流に配置された、血液から空気を分離するためのエアーフィルタ手段(102)であって、空気を受け取るためのエアーチャンバー(103)と、前記エアーフィルタ手段に入ってくる前記空気の方向を前記エアーチャンバーの方向に方向変換する方向変換手段(104)とを有する、前記エアーフィルタ手段と、
前記エアーフィルタ手段を通過した後で血液を酸素処理するための血液酸素処理手段(106)と、
前記血液が前記血液酸素処理手段によって酸素処理された後で前記患者の動脈システムに血液を戻すための動脈ライン手段(107)と、
前記気泡検出手段の上流の前記静脈ライン手段に接続された心臓切開リザーバ(110)と、
第1真空を定義し、前記静脈ラインと前記エアーフィルタ手段と前記血液酸素処理手段と前記動脈ライン手段とを通して血液を押し出すための第1ポンプ手段(105)と、
第2真空を定義し、前記エアーフィルタ手段の前記エアーチャンバーから空気を引き出すために前記エアーフィルタ手段に接続された第2ポンプ手段(108)であって、前記気泡検出手段は、気泡が前記静脈血中に検出されるときのみ前記第2ポンプ手段を作動させるように前記第2ポンプ手段に接続されており、かつ前記心臓切開リザーバに接続されている、前記第2ポンプ手段と、
を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第2ポンプ手段の出口ポートは、前記心臓切開リザーバに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第3ポンプ手段が、前記心臓切開リザーバから血液を引き出しかつ前記心臓切開リザーバから前記静脈ライン手段に血液を供給するために前記心臓切開リザーバに適用される第3の真空を定義するために供給されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記心臓切開リザーバから空気を引き出すために前記心臓切開リザーバが第4の真空にされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 血液を酸素処理する装置の制御方法であって、
前記装置は、
血液を受け入れる受入ライン(100)と、
前記受入ラインに接続され、前記受け入れた血液中の気泡を検出する気泡検出手段(101)と、
前記受入ラインに接続されかつ前記気泡検出手段の下流に配置された、血液から空気を分離するエアーフィルタ手段(102)であって、空気を受け入れるエアーチャンバー(103)と、前記エアーフィルタ手段に入ってくる前記空気の方向を前記エアーチャンバーの方向に方向変換する方向変換手段(104)とを有する、前記エアーフィルタ手段と、
前記エアーフィルタ手段を通過した後で前記血液を酸素処理する血液酸素処理手段(106)と、
前記血液酸素処理手段によって酸素処理された後で血液を送出する送出ライン(107)と、
前記気泡検出手段の上流の前記受入ラインに接続されたリザーバ(110)と、
第1真空を定義し、前記受入ライン、前記エアーフィルタ手段、前記血液酸素処理手段および前記送出ラインを通って前記血液を送出する第1ポンプ手段(105)と、
第2真空を定義し、前記エアーフィルタ手段と、前記リザーバに接続されている前記気泡検出手段と、に接続される第2ポンプ手段(108)と、
を有し、
前記装置の制御方法は、
前記第1ポンプ手段が、前記第1真空を発生させて、前記血液を前記受入ラインに受け入れる工程と、
前記第1ポンプ手段が、前記第1真空を発生させて、前記受入ラインに受け入れられた前記血液を、前記気泡検出手段を通って前記エアーフィルタ手段に送出する送出工程と、
前記気泡検出手段が、前記血液中に気泡を検出すると、前記第2ポンプ手段が、前記第2真空を発生させて、前記エアーフィルタ手段に入ってくる前記空気の方向を前記方向変換手段が前記エアーチャンバーの方向に方向変換させて、前記血液から前記空気を分離する工程と、
前記第1ポンプ手段が、前記第1真空を発生させて、前記空気を分離した血液を前記血液酸素処理手段に送出する工程と、
前記第1ポンプ手段が、前記第1真空を発生させて、前記酸素処理された血液を前記送出ラインに送出する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする装置の制御方法。 - 前記第2ポンプ手段が、前記第2真空を発生させて、前記エアーチャンバーから引き出された空気を前記リザーバに送出する送出工程を更に有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置の制御方法。
- 第3ポンプ手段が、第3真空を発生させて、前記リザーバから血液を引き出し、該引き出した血液を前記受入ラインに供給する工程を更に有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置の制御方法。
- 第4ポンプ手段が、第4真空を発生させて、前記リザーバから空気を引き出す工程を更に有することを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7に記載の装置の制御方法。
