Description
と近接・対向するように配列した状態で,両単位電池の上記近接・対向する電極端子間を導電性連結具によって互いに電気的に連結し,直列型電池モジュールを構成する。
図1は,本発明の第1の実施形態による二次電池モジュールの温度制御システム(以下,便宜上‘システム’と略称する。)の構成を示した概略的な側断面図である。
図2は,本発明の第2の実施形態を示した図である。この第2の実施形態において,ヒートシンク20に設置される熱伝素子21は,ヒートシンク20を加熱するための加熱用熱伝素子21aと,ヒートシンク20を冷却させるための冷却用熱伝素子21bとに区分設置された構造からなる。
図3は,本発明の第3の実施形態によるシステムを示している。
更に第4の実施形態として,一層効率的な空気の温度制御のために,図4に示したように,ハウジング46の流入口42側には熱伝素子50を通じて発生する熱い熱や冷たい熱を伝達することができる伝熱部材56がさらに設置されることができる。

Claims (9)
- 流入口及び排出口を有し,単位電池が内蔵設置されるハウジングと;
前記ハウジング内に形成される熱伝逹媒体の流通路に露出される部位を有し,前記単位電池と接触する熱伝逹部材と;
前記熱伝逹部材の前記単位電池と接触しない面に設置されて前記単位電池の温度を調節する,少なくとも一つの冷却用熱伝素子と;
前記熱伝逹部材の前記単位電池と接触しない面に設置されて前記単位電池の温度を調節する,少なくとも一つの加熱用熱伝素子と;
を含み,
前記熱伝逹部材は,前記単位電池を囲み,前記熱伝逹媒体の流通路に接するヒートシンクからなり,
前記冷却用熱伝素子および前記加熱用熱伝素子は,前記ヒートシンクの前記熱伝逹媒体の流通路に接する面に設置され,
前記冷却用熱伝素子と前記加熱用熱伝素子とが,前記熱伝逹部材上に所定の間隔を置いて交互に配置され,
前記流通路上に位置する前記冷却用熱伝素子の一方の面側に冷却ファンが設置される二次電池モジュールの温度制御システム。 - 前記冷却用熱伝素子および前記加熱用熱伝素子は,一方の面が前記熱伝逹部材に接し,他面は前記熱伝達媒体の流通路上に位置する,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュールの温度制御システム。
- 前記ハウジング内側に設置されて単位電池の温度を検出するための温度センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュールの温度制御システム。
- 前記温度センサは,前記単位電池に各々設置されて各単位電池の温度を個別的に測定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池モジュールの温度制御システム。
- 前記温度センサに連結されて検出された温度に応じて,前記冷却用熱伝素子又は前記加熱用熱伝素子に制御信号を印加して,発熱又は吸熱作用を行わせるコントローラを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池モジュールの温度制御システム。
- 前記熱伝逹媒体が空気であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュールの温度制御システム。
- 前記ハウジングの熱伝逹媒体の流通路上に,空気を流通させるためのファンが備えられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池モジュールの温度制御システム。
- 前記電池モジュールがモータ駆動用であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュールの温度制御システム。
- 前記単位電池がリチウム系二次電池であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュールの温度制御システム。
