該活物質層を該キャリア箔ごと非酸化性雰囲気下に焼結処理に付し、
該活物質層の表面に、薄膜形成手段によってリチウム化合物の形成能の低い物質からなる導電性の被覆層を形成し、次いで
該活物質層を該被覆層と共に該キャリア箔から剥離することを特徴とする非水電解液二次電池用負極の製造方法を提供するものである。

Claims (6)
- キャリア箔の一面に、リチウム化合物の形成能の高い物質を含む活物質の粒子をバインダーで固定化して活物質層を形成し、
該活物質層を該キャリア箔ごと非酸化性雰囲気下に焼結処理に付し、
該活物質層の表面に、薄膜形成手段によってリチウム化合物の形成能の低い物質からなる導電性の被覆層を形成し、次いで
該活物質層を該被覆層と共に該キャリア箔から剥離することを特徴とする非水電解液二次電池用負極の製造方法。 - 焼結後にバインダーが残存するように焼結処理に付す請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 焼結処理に付す前の活物質層をキャリア箔と共に圧延する請求項1又は2記載の製造方法。
- 薄膜形成手段が電解めっき、無電解めっき、スパッタリング法、物理気相蒸着法、化学気相蒸着法又はダイレクトメタレーション法である請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- キャリア箔として圧延で製造されたものを用いる請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- キャリア箔として電解で製造されたものを用い、その光沢面上に活物質層を形成する請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
