Description
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1または2記載の車両用変速機のシフトポジション検知装置において、前記スイッチプレートは、シフトドラム飛び越し回動防止プレートにリベットを介して固定されることを特徴とする。
請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両用変速機のシフトポジション検知装置において、前記後進位置検知用接触部は、軸方向視で前記シフトドラムの外径より内側に配置され、前記ニュートラル位置検知用接触部は、軸方向視で前記シフトドラムの外径より外側で、かつ前記シフトドラム飛び越し回動防止プレートの最外径よりも内側に配置されることを特徴とする。
Claims (4)
- 入力側のメイン軸およびカウンタ軸を備え、前記メイン軸およびカウンタ軸に、各変速段に対応して常時噛み合う複数の歯車列が設けられるとともに、前記複数の歯車列のギヤチェンジのために回動されるシフトドラムが設けられる車両用変速機におけるシフトポジション検知装置であって、
前記メイン軸およびカウンタ軸に、中間歯車を介して噛み合う対をなす後進用歯車が設けられ、
前記シフトドラムは、前記複数の歯車列および前記後進用歯車のギヤチェンジのために回動されるようにされ、
前記シフトドラムの端部に固定されてシフトドラムと共に回動するシフトドラム飛び越し回動防止プレートに、シフトドラムのニュートラル位置と後進位置とを検知するためのスイッチプレートが一体的に設けられ、
前記スイッチプレートには、カム状のニュートラル位置検知用接触部とカム状の後進位置検知用接触部とが、シフトドラムの軸線に関して互いに反対側に配置され、
前記ニュートラル位置検知用接触部および前記後進位置検知用接触部に接触した時通電可能となるニュートラル位置検知スイッチと後進位置検知スイッチとが、クランクケースまたはクランクケースカバーに一体的に取付けられ、
前記後進位置検知用接触部の回動方向の接触長は、前記ニュートラル位置検知用接触部の回動方向の接触長より長い
ことを特徴とする車両用変速機のシフトポジション検知装置。 - 前記スイッチプレートは円板状をなし、該円板に、ニュートラル位置検知用接触部とカム状の後進位置検知用接触部が一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用変速機のシフトポジション検知装置。
- 前記スイッチプレートは、シフトドラム飛び越し回動防止プレートにリベットを介して固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用変速機のシフトポジション検知装置。
- 前記後進位置検知用接触部は、軸方向視で前記シフトドラムの外径より内側に配置され、前記ニュートラル位置検知用接触部は、軸方向視で前記シフトドラムの外径より外側で、かつ前記シフトドラム飛び越し回動防止プレートの最外径よりも内側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両用変速機のシフトポジション検知装置。
