Claims (7)
- LEDが基板に装着された光源手段と、
前記光源手段に隣接して配置された導光板と、
前記光源手段と導光板を内側に固定するサッシと、
前記導光板から突出した多数の突起と、前記突起に一致して前記光源手段の基板と前記サッシにそれぞれ貫通して形成された穴を含み、前記突起が突出した前記導光板の一側を前記光源手段とサッシに嵌合い式で結合させる固定手段と、を含んで、
前記光源手段の基板がサッシに面接触して固定されることを特徴とするLEDバックライトユニット。 - 前記突起は、前記光源手段とサッシの穴に挿入される直線部と前記直線部より大きい直径拡大部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記突起は、互いに隣接した直径拡大部が形成する凹溝の大きさが光源手段のLEDを収容するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記導光板の長さは、少なくとも前記サッシが前記光源手段及び導光板を固定する内側幅より長いことを特徴とする請求項1記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記光源手段及び導光板を固定するサッシの内側幅は、前記導光板の後端から直径拡大部までの長さと、前記光源手段の基板厚さに該当することを特徴とする請求項4記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記突起は、直線部の直径が前記光源手段とサッシの穴より小さいことを特徴とする請求項2記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記突起は、その間で形成する凹溝の形状が台形、四角形または孤形のうち、いずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
