Claims (7)
- 半導体型光源を使用する車両用灯具において、
前記半導体型光源と、
前記半導体型光源が直接取り付けられているヒートシンク部と、
前記半導体型光源および前記ヒートシンク部をスイブルさせるスイブル装置と、
前記ヒートシンク部を隠す板の隠し板と、
を備え、
前記スイブル装置に連結されるスイブル軸は、前記ヒートシンク部に一体に設けられていて、
前記半導体型光源は、前記ヒートシンク部の上部に直接取り付けられており、
前記ヒートシンク部の端部は、上部から下部にかけて末広がりに傾斜しており、
前記隠し板には、前記ヒートシンク部の一部が挿入する透孔が設けられており、
前記隠し板の透孔の縁は、前記ヒートシンク部の傾斜端部に対向する、
ことを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記スイブル軸の中心線は、前記半導体型光源からの光を所定の方向に反射させる反射面の光軸を含むほぼ垂直面上に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記スイブル軸と前記スイブル装置のスイブル軸連結部とには、位置決め部がそれぞれ設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記ヒートシンク部には、配光パターンを所定の形状に形成するシェードが一体に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記半導体型光源からの光を所定の方向に反射させる楕円反射面を備え、
前記楕円反射面の第1焦点ほぼその近傍には、前記半導体型光源が配置されており、
前記楕円反射面の第2焦点ほぼその近傍には、配光パターンを所定の形状に形成するシェードが配置されており、
前記シェードには、補助ヒートシンク部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記半導体型光源は、前記ヒートシンク部の上部に直接取り付けられており、
前記ヒートシンク部の端部は、フィン形状をなす、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記半導体型光源は、前記ヒートシンク部の上部に直接取り付けられており、
前記ヒートシンク部は、上から見て前記スイブル軸を中心とするターンテーブル形状をなし、かつ、前記半導体型光源が収納されている灯室内に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
