Description
(太陽電池モジュールの構成)
本発明の実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール100の構成について、図1及び図2を参照しながら説明する。図1は、太陽電池モジュール100の裏面側の平面図である。図2は、図1のA−A線における拡大断面図である。
まず、CVD法或いはスパッタ法などの製膜法を用いて、第1電極層11、半導体層12及び第2電極層13を基板1上に順次積層する。この際、周知のレーザパターニング法を用いて、第1電極層11、半導体層12及び第2電極層13を順次パターニングすることにより、複数の太陽電池10及び取出し電極20を形成する。
本実施形態に係る太陽電池モジュール100は、取出し電極20上に接続される取出し配線材30と、取出し配線材30を覆う被覆材40と、これらを封止する封止材50とを備える。取出し配線材30は、被覆材40によって封止材50から隔離される。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態と上記第1実施形態との相違点は、被覆材40の構成である。その他の点は上記第1実施形態と同様であるため、以下、相違点について主に説明する。
本実施形態において、取出し電極20と取出し配線材30は、被覆材40によって封止材50から隔離される。
本発明は上記の実施形態によって記載したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面はこの発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなろう。

Claims (3)
- 絶縁性を有する基板と、
前記基板上に第1方向に沿って形成され前記第1方向と交差する第2方向において並べられた複数の太陽電池と、
前記基板上に第1方向に沿って形成され、前記複数の太陽電池によって生成される電荷を取出す取出し電極と、
前記取出し電極上に接続され、前記電荷を前記取出し電極から収集する取出し配線材と、
前記取出し配線材を覆う被覆材と、
前記複数の太陽電池、前記取出し電極、前記取出し配線材及び前記被覆材を、前記基板との間に封止する封止材と
を備え、
前記取出し配線材は、前記被覆材によって前記封止材から隔離され、前記被覆材の両端部は、前記取出し電極の第1方向両端部上に配置される
ことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記被覆材は、粘着テープであり、
前記被覆材の前記取出し配線材側の表面は、粘着性を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記被覆材は、前記取出し電極を覆っており、
前記取出し電極は、前記被覆材によって前記封止材から隔離される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
