Claims (8)
- 陽極配線と有機EL層と陰極配線とを備える有機EL表示素子が形成された矩形状の構造体であって、有機EL表示素子における対向する第1の辺と第2の辺のそれぞれに、陰極配線に接続される配線が接続され、有機EL表示素子における第3の辺に、陽極配線に接続される配線が接続された構造体が複数配置され、それぞれの前記構造体における第3の辺の近傍に、駆動回路に接続される陽極実装端子および陰極実装端子が設けられた有機EL表示装置用基板において、
前記複数の構造体に、第1の辺の近傍を通過する陽極エージング用共通配線が設けられ、
前記複数の構造体に、第2の辺の近傍を通過する陰極エージング用共通配線が設けられ、
それぞれの前記構造体における第4の辺の近傍に、第4の辺に隣接する他の有機EL表示素子の陽極配線に電気的に接続される陽極配線用接続部材が設けられ、
前記陽極配線用接続部材の近傍に、前記他の有機EL表示素子の陰極配線に電気的に接続される陰極配線用接続部材が設けられ、
前記陰極配線用接続部材と前記陰極エージング用共通配線とを接続するための陰極エージング用引出線が、前記他の有機EL表示素子が形成されている構造体を通過するように形成されている
ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置用基板。 - 陰極エージング用引出線は、陰極配線と前記陰極実装端子とを接続するための陰極引き回し配線に対して、有機EL素子の反対側を通過するように形成されている
請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置用基板。 - 構造体における第3の辺の近傍に、駆動回路に接続される陽極実装端子および陰極実装端子が設けられ、
陰極エージング用引出線は、陰極配線と前記陰極実装端子とを接続するための陰極引き回し配線よりも、有機EL素子に近い側を通過するように形成されている
請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置用基板。 - 陰極エージング用引出線は、絶縁膜を介して陰極配線の下を通過するように形成されている
請求項3に記載の有機EL表示装置用基板。 - 陽極配線と有機EL層と陰極配線とを備える有機EL表示素子が形成された矩形状の有機EL表示装置において、
第1の辺の近傍を通過する陽極エージング用共通配線が設けられ、
前記第1の辺に対向する第2の辺の近傍を通過する陰極エージング用共通配線が設けられ、
第3の辺の近傍に、駆動回路に接続される陽極実装端子および陰極実装端子が設けられ、
第4の辺の近傍に、第4の辺に隣接する他の有機EL表示素子の陽極配線を接続するための陽極配線用接続部材が設けられ、
前記陽極配線用接続部材の近傍に、前記他の有機EL表示素子の陰極配線を接続するための陰極配線用接続部材が設けられ、
前記第3の辺に隣接して形成される他の有機EL表示装置における陰極配線用接続部材と前記陰極エージング用共通配線とを接続するための陰極エージング用引出線が形成されている
ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 陰極エージング用引出線は、陰極配線と陰極実装端子とを接続するための陰極引き回し配線に対して、有機EL素子の反対側を通過するように形成されている
請求項5に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 陰極エージング用引出線は、陰極配線と陰極実装端子とを接続するための陰極引き回し配線よりも、有機EL素子に近い側を通過するように形成されている
請求項5に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 陰極エージング用引出線は、絶縁膜を介して陰極配線の下を通過するように形成されている
請求項7に記載の有機EL表示装置。
