Claims (3)
- 溶銑搬送容器に冷鉄源を前置きし、高炉からの溶銑を受銑し、その顕熱及び撹拌力を用いて該冷鉄源を溶解するに際して、
前記冷鉄源を小型及び大型の二種類に分け、まず小型の冷鉄源を衝撃緩衝材として前置きしてから大型の重量鋼屑を投入すると共に、受銑後にはガスを吹き込み若しくはインペラーによる撹拌を伴う脱珪処理及び/又は脱燐処理を行うことを特徴とする溶銑搬送容器での大型冷鉄源の溶解方法。 - 前記小型の冷鉄源が、溶銑の脱珪処理及び/若しくは脱燐処理後の排滓時に冷却、回収した地金、溶銑の取鍋脱硫処理後の排滓時に冷却、回収した脱硫滓地金、転炉精錬処理後若しくは溶鋼鋳造後の排滓時に冷却、回収した地金、型銑並びに圧延屑から選ばれた一種又は二種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶銑搬送容器での大型冷鉄源の溶解方法。
- 前記溶銑搬送容器が混銑車であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の溶銑搬送容器での大型冷鉄源の溶解方法。
