Claims (3)
- 溶銑搬送容器に固体鉄源を前置きし、高炉からの溶銑を受銑して、その顕熱及び撹拌力を用いて該固体鉄源を溶解するに際して、
前記固体鉄源として、溶銑の脱燐及び/又は脱硫で生じたスラグをヤード放置中に、該スラグ内にサイズが200〜1500mmで凝集、固化し、100〜600℃の高温状態で回収された脱燐地金及び/又は脱硫地金とすることを特徴とする溶銑搬送容器での固体鉄源の溶解方法。 - 前記脱燐地金及び/又は脱硫地金を、前記溶銑搬送容器内に耐熱式油圧重機を用いて前置きすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶銑搬送容器での固体鉄源の溶解方法。
- 前記溶銑搬送容器が混銑車であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の溶銑搬送容器での固体鉄源の溶解方法。
